We just received the umbrella, but the zipper is stuck on the case and we cannot open it without damaging the zipper/case. Any suggestions?

How much does it weigh? Can it withstand a windy day at the beach?

It is extremely light and holds up on a windy day! Most compact and light design and we’ve gone through at least 10 umbrellas. It was time to splurge for a solid one.
