Clarisonic Deep Pore Facial Cleansing Brush Head Replacement

Have been using Clarisonic since 2008, and never have had any problems with the brush heads and am quite strict about replacing my brush heads every 3 months. Decided to purchase this produce on subscribe and save to save some money and for the convenience, it appeared to be a true Clarisonic product. Since purchasing two brush heads here, both have had problems with the bristles falling out; the first happened about 6 weeks into changing the brush head, and the second has happened 3 months into changing the brush head. I have never had this problem before!! I remain highly suspicious these are imposter brush heads even though they certainly appear authentic including the box. Instead of saving me money, I have gone through 2 brush heads in about the same time as I would typically use one. And in the event these are the real deal, then Clarisonic, you have a huge quality issue that needs looking in to.

Brush is used. Bristles are brown and frayed. Disgusting and not sanitary. Signed up for subscription. Cancelling and returning ASAP. In picture attached, the brush I received is on the left and the one on the right is the one I had been using.

Like others have said these feel fake. I’ve had a Clarisonic for 4 years now and always purchased my replacement brush heads at a local beauty store but wanted to try the ease of online buying this time well I wish I hadn’t. The brush head looked like I had it for a year after only a month which means the bristles started parting and bending. It was just overall a bad experience. When they first arrived I could’ve sworn they had been used already even the color was off. I won’t purchase brush heads from amazon again.

Beware. The bristles are way harder than the bristles on the Radiance brush head (the only other one I've ever tried). However, I thought I loved the radiance head but I LOVE this one too. The radiance head gets rid of the dry flakes that appear on my face and makes my makeup apply smoother, but this one not only does that but made my pores nearly invisible so my makeup looked flawless right after using it. I wouldn't use this head on any setting other than the lowest setting unless I was having a breakout or something (which only happens once or twice a year) and wouldn't use it more than once or twice a week but it is perfect right before an event for making your makeup look great.

Didnt fit well...stopped working. Brush head seemed tight when I first put it on. Worked well for the first 2-3 weeks but then my Clarisonic wouldnt work with this brushhead on...but would spin/vibrate when I took brushhead off. Next time I will purchase directly from Ulta.

I don't know what it is about the brush heads I buy from Amazon but they never seem to fit right on my Mia 2. So far I've bought the radiance, acne, and deep pore brush heads and they all didn't fit correctly and felt very stiff while cleansing my face. I never had problems like this when I bought my brush heads from Sephora or Ulta. Don't waste you time on these please

I have been using this same kind of facial brush for my clarisonic for the past couple years, and this one is weird. It feels very soft and that it isn't really thouroughly cleaning, the way that my other deep pore cleansing brushes have. I'm not sure why, maybe they changed it? Maybe they sent a cruddy one?

Got 2 used dirty frayed brushes, seen next to my own new one. Gross!
