I bought these on the urging of my husband, who is LOVES Orthofeet fisherman sandals (on at least his 5th pair). I like the construction-very sturdy, with straps on the heel as well as the instep and a nice thick sole that should provide excellent support and cushioning. Also nice is the mesh construction which should allow for air circulation. For feet- (not fashion) oriented shoes, they are attractive as well. But here's the problem: I have a narrow heel and this shoe is doesn't allow for that. Even the back strap and two included inserts do not provide sufficient grip. In addition, they run short, so my toe bumped into the top of the shoe, with or without the inserts. I would love to try other Ortho Feet shoes but none of them say that they are geared toward those of us with narrow heels, so I don't want to take the risk (and have to pay return shipping every time). So my husband will keep enjoying his OrthoFeet but I will look elsewhere.

Very nicely made shoes that also would look very cute with a skirt or jeans without the bulky look of orthotics- however, I had to return them. They were the correct length, but way too roomy inside shoe despite using ALL the inserts simultaneously and cinching up the straps. I have bunions and other foot/back issues, but I also have a pretty non-fleshy foot - flat feet with low arch. They are not exactly narrow all over, but very narrow in many places, but need space in the shoe box area. Needless to say, these would have worked ok with socks (even moderate thickness) but I specifically wanted to wear without socks. My only complaint ( and this is my fault) is to have purchased from a site where I was responsible for return shipping. Zappos and other sellers offer the same product/same price, but free return shipping. So I will make more of an effort to pay attention. Overall though nice product...

These shoes are AMAZING!!! They are so comfortably and I wear them all day at work (8-12 hours a day) with no discomfort or aching in my feet! As a diabetic, I needed wide and comfortable shoes and I have found them. I might buy two more pairs for when I wear these ones out! 😊

I have arthritis , swelling, hammertoe . and planter fasciatis.... I got the mary janes. I wore them with no issues . I am so happy to find a pair of shoes that are so comfortable and stylish.I am definately a satisfied customer. Thank you Orthofeet !!

This is my 5th pair of Orthofeet shoes. Love them! These are great for those of us that have small heels, since the heels are adjustable! My orthotics fit and first day wearing them, I wore them for over 12 hours without issue.

I am so satisfied with these shoes! I have bad knees and planter fasciitis. Walking is so much better for me now! I work in a hospital and some days can be difficult with these hard floors, but having found these on Amazon changed that! You won't be disappointed!

Comfortable with plenty of room in the toe box for bunions and hammer toes. Beautiful shoe!

I am probably not the typical demographic for this type of shoe. I am a 27 year old preschool teacher who is on my feet all day. I have a difficult time finding shoes that are wide enough and give enough support for chronic pain in my feet and knees due to obesity. While these aren’t the most stylish or affordable shoes they seem to fit well using the spacers provided. I did choose to remove the little cushion from the strap just for my own preference of comfort and looks. I will really put these to the test when I wear them to work, but so far they seem like they’ll do the trick! My only wish is that they delivered with prime so that I didn’t have to wait so log to receive them.
