I purchased these for my 7 year old son and they work great. He’s used them for 2 seasons so far and they have held up well. He didn’t like the Velcro straps on the back so we did cut them off. He prefers to wear his shin guards on the inside of his socks, instead of the outside. Because of this the Velcro would run the back of his leg. So it was his preference to cut the straps. For kids with a bit bigger legs they probably wouldn’t irritate at all.

Perfect for my 5-year-old son's first soccer experience. He weighs about 43 pounds and is approximately 44 inches tall (3ft 8in).I just realized they're under his socks, but hopefully you get the idea.

These are very inexpensive but they have held up to an entire soccer season's practices and games. Works well!

Perfect for toddlers - these are slightly taller than most shin guards to give a little more extra protection. Easy to put on and off and work perfectly over socks with the top of the socks pulled down over to hide them. My 4 and 6 year old can put these on and off themselves without any adult help - making it even easier to get ready for soccer.
