Its a nice bike but has some malfunctions it seems.😢
Edit: i've been using this bike for a decent amount of months so far but never thought i would encounter this problem, the back battery pack started sparking on my way to work and i thought nothing of it, it was until i came home that i noticed a wire dangling from the back, so i removed the back rack to get a closer look. A shame, its honestly one of the best looking bikes ive owned. UPDATE: i tried to put the battery back in and it started smoking...and now the battery pack stopped working, conveniently right outside the window of the warrenty...
