For what I need (nothing in-depth), counting $1 and $5 bills. This is the best time-saving mechanism I have ever purchased. I haven't an issue. Over the past month, I learned not to shove/place the bills, load them with kid gloves. It senses the bills. It does not need any extra help. It has always been accurate. I recommend this machine!

UPDATE AFTER 1 YEAR: STILL WORKING LIKE A CHAMP for a SMALL BUSINESS (read on)Realize other reviews may be more critical compared to ours because we always set aside our MUT (mutilated) bills at point of sale. The muts are handled separately because the bank has a procedure to dispose of mutilated bills and our experience is that muts will compromise automated machinery such as bill counters -- not only this bill counter we purchased on Amazon but also the bank's bill counters as well. Note: the seller of this product has never requested that I review this product. I simply felt compelled to provide an update after using for a solid year. Awsome product!Definitely recommend to small business owners. Fast & accurate when we use it. Simple and easy. Tested with used bills received directly from bank (after they used their bill counters) -- not one bill was rejected. Critical reviews for this product could be from competitors. Replace the item if you think it's malfunctioning but no need to return it in my humble opinion.

Great quality machine. Works very well and counts pretty fast. Correct every single time and saves me and my wife so much time. Very convenient and can detect counterfeit money and all. Very satisfying and highly recommend having for all small businesses or even large businesses.

I upgraded from Royal machine after using it for years till it broke down on me. Reading the reviews thought that this will last me longer and won't jam as much. Worked good the first week then after that started jamming more and more until today where i can not run anything without jamming every single bill. Followed the instructions and cleaned it and still nothing.

Really liked how efficient was at counting the cash.

When I got this product, I loved it. It wasn't super noisy and its super fast. However, I hate that it doesn't read the denomination and that it is not able to really detect counterfeit.

Oh the time saver! Turned a 6 hour process into about an hour.

Counts money at a good speed with accuracy , no issues yet.
