Has Something Changed?--Read both reviews
First Review: I decided to get this one because it was cheaper and seemed to have better reviews than others. I will admit, I get prickly feelings from this some times and my mind starts to be unable to focus if I don't start working out soon enough. I've found that waiting 25 minutes is typically good. The prickly feeling goes away as soon as I start working out so I actually like it in the sense that it really gets me to want to work out. The feeling doesn't happen every time but every time I take it, I feel ready to go and I want to work out longer and harder than I would normally. I've worked out a lot in the past, making sure to replenish my protein after and never had the effects I have using this. I don't feel like I'm working out more than normal, I just push myself harder during workouts and I feel like this, and the more toned results I've gotten since using it, has made working out even more enjoyable.Second Review: I bought a second jar, happy with the first, this one however tastes different, more like bubblegum and sugary and it's clumping up like other people were saying. I had two cardboard-like pieces that came with the first jar that I thought kept the powder dry. I figured they would be in the second so I threw out the whole first container only to realize, before I even opened it, it was clumpy. In my opinion product consistency is key in products like these. It's a bit odd to me that the taste and consistency has changed though I just hit reorder. I just checked who I bought the fist one from--Amazon and the second--Maddiscounts so I guess moral of the story here is, with this powder, get the one sold by Amazon because it apparently makes a difference in taste and consistency. Not sure about effectiveness at this time though.

Energy boost but not for everyone
So I have used the Fitmiss products before and even recommend them to my friends daughter who is in high school softball and does way more exercise then I think any kid should. Of course for her I told them to use the BCAA recovery instead of a pre workout. Tgis was my third try of pre workout drinks. I did the P90x stuff until they changed it and it was fine except the only flavor was orange. That makes me ill due to an allergy to orange dye apparently, but it worked. After that I tried a Local stores Whey protein powder pre and post workout, and that really made me sick. After that I decided to google the Top 10 womens pre and post workout supplements and Fitmiss was one of the two I decided I would try. I did the Ignite first and it does make me tingle some but it so helps with my P90X routines. So for something like that then I'd say go for it. Yet, also remember not everyone is the same and what works for me wont work for all, but some might benefit from the energy it gives. I would recommend you wait at least two hours after drinking this before you ever consider a coffee on top of it though because then you might really get the crazy jitters like I did. I made that mistake once and decided I wasnt doing that again, I kind of felt like I had downed a couple energy drinks and then some. Js. Enjoy. 😘

Tastes good and actually works
I love this stuff. I honestly thought it would taste horrible. I went in expecting the worst and was pleasantly surprised. I don’t know about the “fruit punch” flavor, but the “strawberry margarita” tastes just like pink lemonade. I tried this because with my schedule, I was only able to get to the gym if I went at 3:00am, and I figured I’d need the help this stuff provides. I have been doing well for two weeks. I’m dog tired during the 20 min drive, but I’m sipping on this the whole way. Then after my warm up, sometimes during, I feel a tingling sensation in my ears and in my hands. It’s not uncomfortable, just noticeable. Then I’m not dragging anymore. Plus one scoop per day means each can will last a while. To give you an example of how it helps, I did a 5 min warmup (walking on a 3.5 incline), then set the speed to my normal running pace. I made it through two songs on my playlist and realized I was struggling hardcore, but I kept pushing through. It turned out, I forgot to lower the incline back to 0 and was literally running up a hill for a solid 10 minutes. 😅.

Improved quality of life
This stuff is seriously amazing! I purchased it on a whim, I've never worked out before, but i decided it was time to make a change. So I purchased Fitmiss Ignite Pre-workout to use in conjunction with my at home Jillian Michaels DVDs that were collecting dust on the shelf. The first day I took it was the first day I started building my exercise habit. I received this on Feb. 28th. And it's now the 20th of March. I have had the motivation and energy to get through every workout this month! (4-5 a week). While taking this preworkout in conjunction with exercising, I feel like a completely different person. I can make it through and entire say day without feeling sluggish or as if I need to nap. I stopped drinking pop, it wasn't by choice of my own, I just stopped wanting it, so stopped buying it. I have more mental clarity and have the energy to keep up with my daughter. And I feel as though I owe all of this to the preworkout that is delicious, gets me motivated, and makes me not want to stop!Just a fyi, honestly, once you take this, you MUST workout. I've taken it and waited too long to exercise after.... I got super tingly and it was as if my muscles were itchy? So yeah, if you take it, use it.
