Most of the time, when ordering memory products all one needs to do is order the correct part and the product works as described. So memory products sold by competing vendors usually only amount to price. In this case, I ordered the incorrect product and it did not work. I called the vendor and explained what memory I needed for my printer, then helped to arrange sending back the incorrect one, the RMA necessary, and what item I actually needed. A week or so after sending back the wrong part, I received the correct one, installed it, and am super happy with it. A very responsive vendor. I wish all on-line transactions went so smoothly!

Installed in an HP 2605dn color laser printer that I was given as a "hand me down." Printer previously had no RAM installed so I figured this couldn't hurt for processing larger print jobs. Seems to be working fine.

Zero problems and the maximum memory upgrade at a fraction of what HP charges for the same upgrade. I have repaired HP printers since they started producing lasers and I would recommend this upgrade to anyone who can install a DIMM Chip!

These work in my HP 2300, allowing it to print "today's" documents without any issues.More memory resolved problems using the printer with a JetDirect (ethernet) card as well.Shipment was nearly immediate. I'd buy from parts-quick again.
