I am ride or die for Vegavero - their supplements are always the best of the best.And so it is with these. The dosage isn’t very high, so you need 3 or 4 capsules a day, meaning they’re not cheap.But the quality is too notch and they’re very effective. Much, much recommended.

The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 4 then they will last you around a month. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider and I order this brand quite a bit - great quality vegan supplements.

Not sure it's worth the price but apparently this is an organic version of Fenugreek which explains the higher than normal price tag. If you are someone that is adamant that your products have to be in the organic camp then this is for you. If you're a bit of a sceptic like me and sometimes think it's just a label then it's probably not for you as there is no discernible difference that I can tell between this and other Fenugreek supplements I've tried. Having just said that though this does have a high 2000Mg + content per tab which is higher than a lot of other brands I've tried.

As a fan of supplements, I saw these fenugreek capsules and ordered them to try.Upon receiving the capsules, the first thing I did was check the packaging; the seals were intact and clearly had not been opened. The label, however, was scratched in many places and seemed to be a bit shabby considering the bright colours presented. The date of expiry is 31st January 2024 (I received these on 11th April 2024) so will last the better part of two years. What shocked me, however, is the complete lack of directions. Although it says one portion is 4 capsules, it does not say whether or not to take them with food, before food, on a fasted stomach, in the morning, before bed, all four pills at once, two capsules two times a day, or anything else.I find this lack of direction fairly concerning as not knowing when and how to take the capsules will impede their usefulness.The capsules themselves smell very herbal and are tasteless. They seem to work OK though honestly I cannot report having felt any of the effects yet. I will circle back and re-review in a few weeks.

Great value for money. There is almost no powdery residue inside the bottle, so its contents are well protected. There are no nasty smells or tastes and the tablets are easy to swallow. I trust that they contain what they claim to, and as such I am very pleased.

The product is great at helping me with several issues. It helps to perk up my energy and libido and I feel so much better when taking this product. My usual tablet is 500mg, these tablets are 500mg each but cost more than my normal brand.Overall, it works and it works very well. This is a good source of Fenugreek and one I am happy to recommend.

Il prodotto arriva in un barattolo di PET alimentare, del diametro di 64 mm e altezza 102 mm, per un peso lordo di 117 g.Il fieno greco (Trigonella foenum-graecum) è una leguminosa appartenente alla famiglia delle Fabacee. Ha molte proprietà tra cui azioni di ricostituente, tonico, ipoglicemizzante e galattologo.Nel barattolo ci sono 120 capsule. Ogni capsula, da 500 mg, contiene una miscela di due elementi: polvere secca di semi di fieno greco ed estratto di fieno greco biologico, in modo da aumentarne la concentrazione. Ogni 2000 mg di prodotto ci sono inoltre 3.5 mg di saponine. L'involucro delle capsule è in idrossilpropilmetilcellulosa. Le capsule risultano facilmente deglutibili. Il dosaggio suggerito prevede 3 o 4 capsule (3 sono le capsule consigliate nell'etichetta, mentre 3 o 4 nella descrizione del prodotto) al giorno da assumere ai pasti con abbondante acqua. All'inizio conviene magari iniziare con dosaggi inferiori per verificarne la tollerabilità.Le istruzioni sono riportate unicamente nell'etichetta del barattolo. J'ai décidé de prendre ce complément alimentaire dans mon optique sportive.Le fenugrec est censé pouvoir aider dans la musculation, en favorisant la prise de muscle, et en aidant potentiellement à augmenter le taux de testostérone.Tout ça reste encore très théorique, ayant encore peu d'études à ce sujet.Idem pour les autres compléments alimentaires qui sont méconnus pour le moment, et nécessitent des études plus approfondies, ainsi que du temps.Mais ça ne peut pas faire de mal.19.90 euros (au moment de l'évaluation), pour 30 jours de cure, c'est tout à fait correct.Les gélules ont une odeur très agréable, je suppose que c'est l'odeur du fenugrec, mais n'en ayant jamais mangé, je ne saurais être catégorique.Je recommande.

Ich ziehe mir sonst aus Bockshornkleesamen Sprossen und auch Kraut (je nach Geduld). Und die schätze ich sehr, allerdings sind sie dann auch deutlich gehaltvoller als das Samen und die Produkte daraus wohl sein können. Aber das war jedenfalls der Grund, warum ich die Kapseln hier bestellt hatte. Ich war neugierig und sehe letztlich auch in dem Pulver eine Möglichkeit, meine Ernährung um noch etwas Gesundes zu bereichern. Kaufen würde ich sie mir deshalb nach meinem bisherigen Eindruck zwar wohl eher nicht, denn ihr Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist doch ungünstiger als bei meinen selbst gezogenen Sprossen. Trotzdem machen sie keineswegs einen schlechten Eindruck auf mich.Für mich lohnt es sich immer, das Pulver zunächst pur zu kosten und dabei kinesiologisch zu testen. Damit beantworte ich mir die Frage, ob das Präparat meinem Körper gut tut oder mich eher schwächt. Das hellbraune Pulver aus den Kapseln ist gallebitter, was mich nach meinen Erfahrungen nicht nur überzeugt (gut für die Leber), sondern auch von meinem Körper sofort als stärkend, förderlich angenommen wurde. Ich bräuchte es deshalb zwar noch nicht unbedingt. Aber das liegt sicher auch an meiner überwiegend veganen und rohköstlichen Ernährungsweise und kann bei anderen Menschen mit größeren gesundheitlichen Schwierigkeiten und weniger ausgesuchter Ernährung schon ganz anders sein. - Ich bewerte das Bockshornkleepulver in Bio-Qualität von vegavero mit vier Sternen.
