Desigual womens Bols_rotterdam Rubi

This was the second bag, (brought as a birthday gift for my partner) as had to send the first back as had a defective strap. It was replaced but now the replacement has the exact same defect, the shoulder strap detaches from the bag and there so no way to re-attach it. Would honestly give 0 stars as this is not fit for purpose, and considering how much they want for the bag its let down by a shoddy plastic connecter.
