This ones about the right size for a two man snack, or a hungry one man meal, it's also non sealing so soup would leak but perfect for rice, salad an sauces, well made and robust unit.

Good quality
The tiffin is of good quality. Unfortunately I haven't used it as I didn't feel it was ok to take a large tiffin to eat at work. Not the company's fault- it's mine for buying items that I don't really need.
