Great idea, well produced.These are supposedly for men, but anyone could wear them--I will, and I'm not a fella! But I can see where they tried to aim these at men, but I do think that putting it in the title halves their potential market.Having said that, these are really nice designs, quite heavy and bold, without looking chunky or artificial. The linework is of a type that looks like real tattoos. Not sure about including the huge manji in the Buddist one though, as it's actually illegal in Germany.A separate set of thin decorative edging strip tattoos would have been a great inclusion in these packs at this price, in order to make the wide decorative tattoos sit well and 'sell' the design as a whole. But it's great to see that they've gone to the trouble of printing these in 'tattoo blue-black' instead of plain black , which gives them authenticity.There are a few things to remember that they don't mention. Firstly, your arm isn't a perfect cylinder, so you may need to make a few careful cuts in the design before you apply it, going from the edge into the halfway point and following a clear line in the design so it won't be seen, in order to make it match perfectly all the way round. You'll see what I mean when you first try to offer a strip up against your arm. It's worth checking and making adjustments before you get these anywhere near water, as you only get one of each design. You might need to cut a thin sliver out in other places for the same reason.If you want it to look really natural for a single night (party maybe?), put a very light spray of hairspray over it when it's dry, then fix it with a dusting of face powder. That'll make the colour of your skin (the powder) appear to sit over the 'ink', as if the ink is under your dermis, plus it'll hide the slight shine that they have. Be aware that it shortens the life of the temp-tattoo, but it definitely make it look authentic.The instructions are a good size and very clear, and they have photos to aid the description. They also make a set of different designs of these 'for women', which are generally lighter, and more (but not all) floral, but the same size.A really nice set of faux tattoos, well designed and coloured to make them appear authentic.
