These hearing aids work great and provides good amplification.Pros:Comfortable to wear.Lots of ear plugs to chose from.Looks and feels like a ear phone.Bluetooth is simple enough to use.Battery is manageable but would be great if it lasts 2 or more days.Very detailed instructions to use.

This product could have been GREAT! I purchased it for my mom the first time last month. Within a week ONE hearing aid stopped functioning and wouldn’t charge. I tried everything that was written in their troubleshooting steps. I contacted Amazon and they processed a replacement. Received the replacement and THE SAME THING HAPPENED. One of the hearing aids just stop working and will no longer charge. My mom actually liked these and were getting used to them. She enjoyed actually being able to hear conversations clearly AND being able to watch shows on her phone was a great plus! Unfortunately, it’s not worth the almost $180 for ONE working hearing aid.

I bought these as a backup for my 6000 dollar pair (which frequently required repair). I now wear them more than the high-dollar ones. Better for: listening to birds, easy controls, quick charge, clear status display. A little less for: sorting out noises in a crowd, eliminating ambient noise.Knowing what I know now I would rely on these without going to the prescribed hearing aids.

In my case the Bluetooth connection to the phone was very loud and easy to understand even though I have sever hearing loss. Sound quality on music was excellent. The Bluetooth connection to a TV streamer worked and had good volume, but had to be re paired every time you switched from TV to PHONE (a major problem) But the biggest problem was that the volume of the hearing aide (when set to max … just below squealing) was barely hearable. I think the basic problem is that the in-the-ear design has an amount of sound leakage around the dome to the microphone which causes squealing at amplification levels exceeding those needed for medium loss. I replaced these devices with equivalent BTE aids, and they work great with higher gain and I can hear fine. Unfortunately my BTE aides did not arrive until 2 days after.the return window on these devices closed, so I could not return them.

I thought that these hearing aids were a good purchase for the price.Bluetooth technology is great as well .The size fits well and secure in my ears.Pairing could be made easier with the next newest edition.

Bluetooth sound was good. Hearing aid sound was unbelievably tinny!!! These are going back. They were comfortable.

The price is great, hearing is great. Battery life is maxed around 12 hours.
