Love them, Great socks but expensive. Not for fixed income person.
These socks are great for someone who has diabetic feet issues or Neuropathy pain and can't wear much on their feet. But they are very expensive, wear out fast because you walk around in the house without shoes or anything on your feet, and most people who have these issues are older and on fixed incomes and cannot afford these prices, so they go without until you save a lot of money to buy more. I have been paying the high dollar amount for some time now and am looking to go somewhere else, who might have sales or discounts. If they look at their records, they will see how many I have bought from them because of my issues, see that I am a frequent purchaser and offer discounts or sales on what I buy. Besides the lack of long wear factor, discounts, or sales the socks are fantastic and feel great on my feet.

Great socks!
Non-binding but socks stay up well. Very comfortable and super thick soft cushioning. Expensive but worth the price!

You get what you pay for: Thick cushion and roomy fit.
These have a good thick cushion, and roomy fit with non-binding top.Compared to MediPEDS Diabetic Quarter Socks, the Thorlos cushioning is almost twice as thick; The MediPEDS also are almost a half inch shorter. See pics.If you've got neuropathy or edema in your feet and ankles, the Thorlos are probably the way to go.

Wonderful
Very nice. I bought these to wear over the compression stockings I'm required to wear. The compression socks are so thin, and also very expensive so I wear these over them to protect from blisters and also wearing holes in the expensive compression socks. They provide a lot of cushioning and add much comfort for walking.

These socks are nice.
These socks are vey comfortable. I wear a women's size 7 and a half shoe, and the socks in size large are very roomy. They are amazingly soft and so comfortable that I don't know I'm wearing them.

Size
These socks were ordered for my husband. He liked the feature that they were looser around the ankles; however, even though the socks were advertized as fitting a Size 15 foot, they were too small. In Thorlos defense, this has been a repeated experience over the last couple of years and the problem lies with the sizing used by the company. (He had high hopes that the diabetic style might fit better but, again, was disappointed.)

Super comfortable
I don't have diabetes, but my calves are big. Most of the quarter socks I have seen all have spandex and are not comfortable. These socks are very comfortable and fit great. Worth the price.
