Such an improvment
The media could not be loaded. This fixed a problem that I had with the first 360 camera, this camera tilts down very far, and that is perfect for my laser as I no longer need a mount that puts it in an angle, and it has a new amazing feature called Auto Cruise, this will let you use presets, yes, presets are on this camera :D, and cruise will go through all the presets automatically, and you can schedule them based on time and day of the week, it looks like you can only make one time zone, but that is fine since you can activate it any time you want, this is in the Pan-Tilt setting, the quality is amazing, 2K, the Ai tracking is awesome still, sound detection amazing, just awesome, also the whole base turns 360 and the head tilts up and down, there is also a private mode where the camera will turn away and turn it off, this is an eye icon on the main page with all the camera, this will use a unique preset that you made just for that, and turn to it, I which it did not turn off the camera every time, I would like the option to do it or to not do it, but still cool, and there is also continuous recording where depending on your SD card, can record up to 12 days on 128G and 36 days on 16G, This is just the perfect camera for my use.Edit: You can make multiple time frames and toggle them on and off.

Great as a baby monitor
So I have An actual baby monitor but I had an overnight event I had to attend and I was so paranoid about not being able to watch baby. I definitely trusted who was going to be the caregiver I just need a sense of relief to know I could still watch over my baby and to be honest I missed her and this was my first time away. Now as for the device itself, connectivity was not bad. There were a couple of steps to step up the device (connect to WiFi, pair with phone) the usual stuff but it was very easy and it basically walks you through it. The picture is clear and connects pretty quick when I pull up the app and want to watch live on phone. I love this little camera but I’ll have to purchase something so I can store more files. The size is small and comparable to other cameras I’ve purchased in the past. You can’t beat that a subscription isn’t needed I think that’s what truly sold me.

Upgrade from E220, but with several downgrades.
The media could not be loaded. This is basically a dumbed down E220 with updated onboard AI. They are both the same price, $35 , except this one is 4 years newer. I’ll outline huge differences below. The infrared sensors went from 8 to 2. Obviously that makes the C220 MUCH darker than the E220 with less sensors. It does bother me. The camera also likes to switch the IR on and off frequently, I’m not sure if this is a sensor issue that can be fixed with firmware or what the deal is. It’s annoying to hear! The camera quality is roughly the same. Same specs, except the field of view is MUCH smaller on the C220. I was disappointed to see that I lost so much FOV, but it is a pan and tilt camera after all.Form factor is roughly the same. Same height, width, just looks slightly different. The C220 takes USBC which is amazing because I’m a USBC maximalist. Also, the sync button is hidden on the bottom of the device which was a massive security issue with the E220, as it was so obvious as a big button and right next to the USB insertion. Now the sync and USB insertion are hidden underneath the base. The microphones are both not that great but you won’t be using them except for emergency anyways. They removed HomeKit, crying detection, and some other settings. At first buy I was looking for a HomeKit device but I suggest you forget about it unless you have an existing ecosystem. It dumbs the camera down even further, only allowing 1080p streaming, not allowing AI tracking, and various other things they had to cut out to comply with Apple. Just use the eufy app (which is pretty terrible, constantly freezing and crashing) but at least you get full 2k quality and motion detection.Overall I will keep the C220.

Don’t bother bad WiFi stopped working
Bought three of these. Different models. All three stopped or barely work. Lousy WiFi. One loses power at a certain point in movement, essentially dead, second stops working after a few days or lousy signal. Third is right at the access point and drops. Ring devices zero issues. Save your $$ for the good ones. Oh and the base is barely usable hard to get vids off. . apps are lousy.

Love these cameras
I got this camera for my room upstairs for security reasons. I have 7 or 8 of this brand camera and they are all on one app which I like and are dependable. Have had a couple for 3 or 4 years and are still working great so far. Best thing I have learned is to restart them every once in awhile.

Slow tap reaction!!!!
The one thing which is most upsetting: you got a notification and want to watch what’s happening. You tap the camera, wait wait wait - fail! Tap it again- wait 7 seconds and FAIL! Only on the third tap it shows real time video. It’s so annoying! This one is the slowest tap reaction camera I have. Others turns on quickly: ring (number 1 fast) then LaView (not that fast) No 3 Blink (indoor cheapest camera), and this slow turtle! But quality of picture is fine. Comparing to Blink where you can hardly see anything (like super old video 3gp quality)

this thing is great
this camera is exactly what i needed for checking up on my house while i'm traveling. i've found this brand to be better than blink and arlo.

Love Auto-Cruise and the almost full rotation!
I love this camera for monitoring spaces since it allows you to set preset positions, then turn on Auto-Cruise and let it switch between them automatically as its recording 24/7.For example, I have one mounted in the center of a crawlspace, then set 4 positions and the length of time I want it to spend on each one. So over time I get a video of the whole space with motion alerts covering everywhere as it constantly moves around all day.
