Does a good job. There is a cut out function which we discovered the first time we used it and we thought it had broken. The instructions give a time to wait before starting it up again but in truth you have to wait quite a bit longer.Delivery was slow and had to chase by phone.

Kept it topped with water up but even so element burnt out quickly and blew mains fuse.

Used it once, couldn't get it to work again. Tried cold and hot water. Left it to settle and tried again, still nothing.You're better off going to B&Q and buying the Earlex one they have for sale for £32.
