Can you stir this in to coffee made in a pod Brewer (keurig/nespresso) or does it have to be added during brewing?

You could, but it would be better if it was added during the brewing process

Is formulation different than the Turkey coffee spice? That has cardomon at the first ingredient, this has cinnamon.

Yes. Moroccan Coffee has a higher amount of cinnamon and also many more spices than our traditonal Turkish Coffee Spice.

What is the best type of coffee to use with this coffee spice?

I use an Arabica bean, medium roasted, unflavored. Depending on the find size of your coffee you can use it when making Turkish coffee, espresso, or I just sprinkle about 1/8-1/4 tsp in my regular coffee grounds for my daily pot of coffee.

How many servings are in a jar?

The serving size is 1/2 teaspoon of the coffee spice mix according to the directions on the jar. The jar is 2.0 ounces which would equal 24 servings.
