Great Function, Quality, and Style
The griddle is awesome - great quality and style, 5 stars. Be warned, though, the lid has an adjustable screw in the rear that affects the angle when fully opened. Also, packaging and quality control could be a lot better. It’s a pretty heavy unit that the shipper obviously didn’t treat with care. The box arrived with signs of being dragged around. As such, the lid arrived dented in the center near the aforementioned adjustable screw. Initially, it disallowed the lid from opening fully. Instead of undertaking the hassle of sending it back, I opted to keep it and bend that portion of the lid. It now functions fine but it’s an eyesore. I could probably figure out a way to get it looking smoother but at a risk of damaging the paint. I’ll leave it for now. Also of note, there were loose screws on preassembled portions of the griddle. I recommend you check over everything. Specifically on the locking latch (for the folding mechanism), I had to bend it so the latch would connect and lock. I also I had to tighten the two screws securing the latch. The griddle itself is great and the lid is aluminum lined making it useful as a cooking lid - I wouldn’t do so on high heat, however, nor would I do so for a sustained amount of time.

Spacious for cooking while compact for storage.
Grill/flattop is great for many things including being at home and on the go. Foldable for minimum storage and very compact. Works wonders for al types of food from breakfast quesadilla, to cheesesteaks for dinner! Solid 10 out of 10.

Save $$$ and Works Perfect.
Absolute game winner! Took 40 minutes to remove old parts, due to rust. 10 minutes to install new parts.....they work like a charm. I figure I saved 70% of the cost on these parts.

Good little Griddle
Great little griddle. Make sure to season it after first use or it will get really rusty. I enjoy cooking on it.

Don't waste your time or money
What a joke! First of all, I purchased this because it claims to have one-handed leveling capabilities. Outright lie. I even called Charbroil to ask them how I am supposed to level it as I could not find anything on it that would allow for that. The lady helping me barely spoke english, put me on numerous 5+ minute long holds, and then finally came back and tells me in order for her to read the product manual (like I hadn't done that already!) she would need my first name, last name, address, etc. Told her forget it I will return and purchase a quality Blackstone instead.Additional cons:-The user manual has zero directions on how to assemble, not that it was difficult but...-The quality feels SUPER cheap. The griddle top is welded together but what I assume to be a blind child, the base is incredibly thin metal, the gas pipe rattles left/right and in/out.-Massive gap between the griddle top grease drain and where the grease catch is. To the point where I would consider this a safety issue as there is nothing stopping the grease from splashing into the flames.PLEASE I BEG YOU DO NOT BUY THIS! I do not care what other brand you purchase, but avoid the hassle and stay safe! I will be purchasing a tabletop Blackstone only because I have a standalone Blackstone already and it has treated me very well. I also hear great things about Camp Chef.
