This is an awesome sports bra is super strechy and keeps everything where it needs to be during medium impact exercise. The bottom is a thick elastic band encased in soft strechy fabric- very sturdy, stays in place, doesn't roll. No side nor top boob spillage. It just comfortably holds the girls in place. The crossback style is also a huge plus because it allowed for free arm movement without any irritation with classic and simple design.
