This free-standing dog gate is fantastic! It is easy to use and the value is great! While you can anchor it to your walls, we chose to let it free-stand to divide our kitchen and living room to help separate our older dog and new puppy. It is a great way to give each of them time for themselves. It also helps with feed time; there are no issues with one dog trying to get another dogs food. The lock is strong enough to keep the dogs out. When folded up the 6 panels are not that heavy and can be portable. While you can manipulate it to turn it into a playpen area, we did not use it in that fashion. So, I cannot speak to that, but I can easily see how one could adjust it to make it capable of being a playpen.

I love this gate/fence! Super sturdy and very flexible for my needs. I have a couple different spaces that I need it for and they are all different sizes so I use it totally open in one spot and fold back one side for another. Perfect in each situation! The arch on top makes it look so much nicer and also keeps my dog from leaning on it. This gate is a10 for me!

I would have given this fence 5 stars had it not been for the rust spots that appeared after only a couple of days out in the rain. But it's definitely a much better looking and alternative barrier for keeping my dog out of the planter / fence separating my house from my next door neighbor's house and dog. It seems well made and sturdy, easy to put up (only need to put on the feet) and move out of the way for the times I need to get to my yard's fence. The gate works great, my dog watches closely how I use it.

I purchased this fence for my front porch so my dogs could sit outside with me and I not worry about them chasing other animals. It comes with two sets of "feet" so that it will stand on its own if in a straight line. It is all hinged and put together as one piece. Works great for my purpose and is attractive as curb appeal.

Such a perfect fit with an additional 2 panels to open the garage door and keep it safe! Sturdy and easy to use and store. Wish I could find one that easy for outdoor use!

I have only had this gate for 3 months and it’s already trash. It’s fallen apart it’s rusted I would never recommend this to anyone. Unfortunately i can’t afford another gate at this time so i am stuck with this piece of junk which i have bungie cords holding it together. Don’t buy this expensive for a piece of junk.There should have been a refund for this it’s completely rusted and I had to bungy the gate because the bottom piece rusted so bad the gate won’t open or close without falling apart. What a waste of my money very disappointed.

Love this gate so much. We use it on our back porch. It has definitely been great for our pup to keep her on the back porch

Bought twice, first one perfect. Second one larger gate and it is a solid gate, but issues with the gate latching on both the top and bottom simultaneously, so it is easy to push open.
