These are not too bad however, cannot smell any indication of any Lavender present. Use once and throw away, sadly that would cost in the long run, hence why I have purchased a reusable hot and cold pack...unfortunately I wont be making another purchase.

Originally I bought space mask but they’re far too expensive so I found these as a cheaper alternative. They warm up and are just as good as the other brand. I find them soothing especially if I have a headache or migraine. These don’t smell nice though and I would recommend buying the un scented ones as these don’t smell anything like lavender and don’t smell nice at all.
