Good workout - not for beginners
I'm 3 weeks pregnant and I've just started using this DVD (after the scan confirmed evrything is going well). I already have some pilates and yoga experience, and I think this workout is very good. Short but intense (well, as intense as prenatal pilates can be). However, I would say that total beginners will find this DVD a bit difficult, as the instructor doesn't explain the exercises, just goes ahead and performs them with a brisk pace.So good for experienced pilates practitioners, quite challeging for total beginners.

Really good pilates for pregnancy
I was a little worried after reading the reviews on this dvd but went with it anyway and I am glad I did. I have done pilates for years and swear by it but was worried about doing any of the usual moves. As one of the reviews states that the moves are done on your back I need to correct this as, yes they are but you are elevated. You are told to use several cushions or similar so you are not flat on your back. And this is ok and the only way to do it. As you get bigger you use more cushions to elevate you more. It also has a butt & Thigh workout which is good as well. I will complain that the dvd is very short, but still, it is worth getting. And as I said before I swear by pilates.

Great Pregnancy Workout!
I am very pleased with this dvd. Niece (the pilates instructor) is very easy to listen to and gives good instructions, even for someone who is relatively new to pilates. She is careful to modify some of the exercises to make them safe for pregnancy, yet I definitely feel like I've worked out when I finish. If you only get one pilates dvd when you're pregnant, go with this one! (I also bought "Pilates in Pregnancy" with Lindsey Jackson and it's not nearly as good in my opinion.)

Good, but a bit too fast...
A little bit too fast for my liking and quite advance if you havent done any exercise before. Probably a bit too much for late pregancy unless you are really fit.

very dissapointing
dvd mainly consists of excescises done lying on your back, which as far as i know should be avoided during pregnancy. concentrating on abdominal excercises and not on much else. presenting is really boring, no mention of baby, and a quiet smile while doing some repeats which will make you feel like giving birth there and then. definately wouldn't reccomend
