Caddis Sports 601765 Caddis 56" Rod Case Frc/56

Wow! It is 3" diameter pvc tube. I added 3 and 3/4 rubber end caps from Home Depot because the ends are open, but for the black meshlike cover of the entire tube and the walls inside the tube. The addition of rubber end caps adds excellent protection.The carry handle is flush to the tube and very easily available. I am very satisfied: I now mail my rods through commercial outlets; e.g. Fed X and UPS. The airlines mis-placed my surf rod for one week.

I really like this case it's super strong. Very durable construction I also bought end caps at Homedepot of rubber with hose clamps. The caps have a 3 3/4 in dia. (inside dim) that will fit over the whole end of the case protecting the ends from any blow during transportation. You can't go wrong with this purchase for the price. Another thing since it's heavy duty it is a little heavy though. Anyway, enjoy and God Bless.

case came cracked had to return it

This is an awesome rod case I can put up to 4 rods in it and they still are protected and the case is hard enough to keep my rods safe and secure behind the backseat of my super cab. I would recommend this case to anyone interested in storing their Rods in their pick up

Using it for my Diamond quad-band amateur radio mobile car antenna. When it is stored in my trunk, I no longer have to worry about bending or warping my antenna. Very pleased.

Like it, for that price you can’t buy similar product, that can handle 4 rods.
