Saw an article about how red light therapy can help with sleep quality and decided to give it a shot. This one seems to be the best one because of the specific wavelength. Only been a few nights but already really enjoying it as my night time routine.

Wonderful. This red lamp isn’t meant to be used as a night light. Not sure why it’s frequently returned. The battery lasts a long time. At 14 minutes ish it reduces its light and at 28 minutes turns off. I really feel rested after using this I feel more energized. Got one for my pops too

I really wanted this to work, but unfortunately it’s just a fancy overpriced red light bulb. I used it every night for two weeks... same bedtime routine, same settings and noticed zero difference in sleep quality, relaxation, or how fast I fell asleep. The “science-backed” claims feel more like marketing than reality. The light is dim, the stand is cheap, and the whole thing feels like a gimmick. Save your money.

I rarely write a review. I was very skeptical when buying product. I have not slept good for years since 55 menopause and now 64 and do not want to take any melatonin or other medicine or tinctures/products. On night one I slept better! I typically get up 5 times a night to pee and now 1 to 2x. I usually stay awake after 3:00am and now I just turn the light on for a 2nd time or 3rd time during the night and go back to sleep. I feel like my brain is working better all day:) The person who invented created this light; I thank them so much and hope other people give this product a try it works!

Functions as described, and I’ve even traveled with it, because it’s small. But, I can’t say it’s made any difference in how fast I fell asleep or quality of sleep, so I stopped using as intended. I do still use it daily when I’m wrapping up, because it’s a soft light, and easy to turn off, but it’s only on for a few mins.

I rarely write reviews, but I’m such a fan of this device, I feel compelled. I don’t know if this will work as well for everybody, but I absolutely love it. I’ve had it for two weeks now, and I’ve already ordered one for my son.I’ve tried a few things over the years to help with sleep. I can usually fall asleep fairly quickly on my own, but I wake up in the middle of the night and sometimes have trouble falling back to sleep. Also, I feel tired pretty much all the time, and I’ve wondered over the years if it’s because the quality of my sleep is just not very good. I even had sinus surgery a few years ago, and it didn’t help.So while I hoped this little light might be helpful, I can’t say I believed that it would make such a difference. I actually thought the red light might be alarming, making it harder to sleep.What I found on night one is that the red light is actually soothing. It makes me feel like I am lying on a beach in the sunshine.After the first week, I felt like I was falling asleep almost instantly. But the thing I’m most excited about is how I feel in the morning. I genuinely can’t believe it. I’m waking up before my alarm goes off, I have energy, and I’m not dragging during the day. I am SO glad I bought this, and I hope that it helps others as well!

I love this! Fall asleep before the light turns off. After a long history of sleep issues this is my drug free dream product.
