Great value with text notifications
Great value for the price.I was very reluctant to purchase the watch after reading the reviews online and Youtube. But since it was such a low price to have Android Wear, I would give it a try. I am glad I did! The major thing that everyone says is that you can not get text messages on the watch. This is no longer the case. I have used both Android Messages and Pulse, and both work well.I had an Apple Watch before, and I am impressed with the customization of this watch. The display is clear and crisp. The battery seems to last all day. The notification vibration could be stronger, but that isn't a big deal. It seems very well built and is a great value for the price they are selling it for currently.

Insane Value, just make sure to get a different charger.
The main complaint I see is DOA or issues charging, mine showed up functional, but it looks like the charger included with the refurb unit is actually meant for a Moto 360, as the original Wear24 charger is more of a tombstone design. I notice that both the charger and the watch get very hot while charging, and will stop charging halfway through until I remove the watch from the charger for awhile so it can cool off. I purchased a Samsung Gear S3 Charger, and that seems to work a lot better, it sits in the charger better, and doesn't seem to get as hot. Considering how cheap the watch is, the $10 for the extra charger is no issue.Pros:Excellent functionality to be expected from Android Wear 2.x device (make sure to update, ships with 1.x), easily pairs to your Android phone and Wifi works as intended. The display is beautiful, and the build quality is excellent, the metal is substantial and hefty.Has speakers built in, they are quiet, but were a pleasant surprise.Cons:If you aren't using this on Verizon, you want turn off the Mobile connection to improve your battery life. The silicon watch strap is actually an antennae, they are detachable and replaceable with a nicer leather or metal strap (look for 20mm bands), but it will hamper your Wifi and Mobile connection if you plan on using them. The Gunmetal finish on mine is already showing signs of wear after a few days of haphazard use, underlying metal is fine though.Previously mentioned charging issues. For the price, this is an amazing smart watch, and it can even been rooted (if you know your way around a heat gun and soldering iron, check XDA), and the pros far outweigh the cons. Highly recommend

Best Android 2.0 watch for the price
Can't go wrong for the price. Runs Android 2.0 - You will need to update it as it comes shipped with 1.0Others have mentioned charging issues, the watch does not come with the original charger. Instead, it comes with a Moto360 charger by Asus. Unfortunately it doesn't fit snug in the charger which I noticed caused A LOT of heat build up because there wasn't a full contact between the watch and charger. I found Wear24 replacement charger for about $10 also on Amazon and the fit is much better. I've had it for about 3 days, and have charged it all three days without issue.Pros:- Android 2.0- Nice and clean design- You can change the bands if you're not using LTE/Verizon- Under $100Cons:- No heart rate (some good apps that use the phone camera though if you need it)- No android pay, the watch has NFC but does not allow android pay and never will it's hardware restricted

Excellent Value at the price.
For the price, these watches are a solid value. Frankly, Verizon screwed up on both timing and price when they introduced these - at $350, it was a poor deal. At the current price levels, though, you get a physically well-built watch with full Wear 2.1 functionality for a price that's fair to call a genuine bargain. I miss the heart rate sensor - other than that, it's a very solid watch with all the plusses (and to be fair, minuses) of Google's wearable platform. Quanta is the manufacturer ... they make a solid build, and have gotten an unfair "rap" for their built-to-a-price entry level tablets sold by Verizon. Only negative is the nonremovable strap, which doubles as the LTE radio's antenna.

it worked great... until....
I received my watch on monday, the charger was an ASUS wall plug, and what looked to be the dock of a Moto360. By Wednesday evening I applied for a replacement b/c the dock would no longer charge. Should be receiving my replacement on 5/1/18... we'll see how that works.BUT, when it was working, it worked great.... you know, for those almost 2 days.UPDATE!!!!!!! (5/18/18): Received my replacement on 5/1 and it worked fantastic... for about 18 days... then, just like the first one, and it seems now like everyone else on here, charger crapped out. Returning it and not getting a replacement this time. It's a really nice watch, too bad they included such a junk charger.

Good value for the price
I picked this up after my pebble 2 screen cracked. I chose this because it was the best value I could find for a android wear 2.0 watch. It was only $50 and for that price it's a great value. It's not perfect, it gets hot while charging (that makes me nervous about how long it will last) it's thick, especially compared to my pebble or an apple watch. The bands are not replaceable, which is a disappointment but again I spent 50 on it so my expectations are not super high.

Works great when updated but mine was defective
The charger is bad. I thought it was the dock that was bad, it was just the charger that comes with this. The watch has no means to regulate the current that it ends up overheating. So I used a 1 A charger and it seems to not get super hot anymore. The problem with mine is that the microphone does not work at all. Sound level apps report 0 sound and I am disappointed even though I would never really use this to answer calls.

For the price, great smartwatch
I've owned two Google Wear watches. The first was a very nice Zenwatch3 watch that .. I eventually auctioned off. It was not worth $200 and it didn't add to my daily watch needs. When the Wear24 watch was discounted to its current level .. I bought one for myself and my two kids. It operates *exactly* as well as the Zenwatch3 watch did. Seems like the same hardware for a quarter of the price.

Terrible Battery Life!
Not sure if this unit is defective or what, but the battery life is terrible. Only my second day using it and with almost everything turned off I have dropped almost 50% in around 2 hours. At this rate I will be out of juice by lunch!UPDATE: The only way to get this thing through the day is to return off almost everything on the watch, which kind of defeats the whole purpose of a smart watch doesn't it? On top of that j have found that the cradle sent isnt the right one and that's what is causing the overheating while charging. Thia reduces the life of the watch not to mention being a fire risk because its higher amperage. I have ordered another one because buying the correct one would cost me as much as the watch. It's in today and if it doesn't fix the problem its ALL going back.Revised: battery life is much better now, you really need to adjust the settings and remove unnecessary things.

Great price! Excellent watch, iffy battery life
This watch is great for the price. It has good value for money, however the battery life certainly leaves something to be desired. Unfortunately, it sometimes won't even get me through the day. Other than that, it still gets updates and has no problems connecting to my phone. I can use many different watch faces depending on my mood.Cosmetically, it was in almost new condition with relatively few scratches on the metal sides. The screen was perfect with no noticeable scratches. You can still change the bands on the watch, which I changed to a more comfortable metal band.I recommend this watch to those who want to get into the smart watch world without spending an arm and a leg.
