This is a great product. Take your time, test fit the cable then the sleeve several times before cutting. Make small incremental cuts to sneak up on the perfect fit.I only gave this one star because I thought it would be the best chance to have it read by the company. If they reach out to me asking me to change the rating, I will. Of course I will ask a question to make sure they accurately read the review and it's not just a robotic (or a computer algorithm) response.!!BUT I GIVE THIS PRODUCT 5+ STARS!!My only criticism is (and I might be wrong) but what I needed was not offered as a package. It was only two brake or two shift cables per package. But I needed one long shift and one short brake. With cost of this product (which I believe is worth it for the quality) beening higher than all the other products I researched makes it feel like a waste of money. Now I have a brake & shift cable setup I don't need. Having the option to choose a custom package or even single packages would have convinced me to perchase much easier. That way I can buy only what I need.Again I could be wrong with this. But I seems to me instead of paying $50 for two brake & two shift cable setups. Which brakes down to $12.50 per cable setup. I would have been more willing to pay $17.50 per single cable setup if bought separately. Saving me $15 and making the company $5 more per setup.Now in this scenario the company would have made $15 less from me but they would still have that product with the potential to make $20 more over all. With a more favorable chance for customers. The package deals with a price brake the more you buy are great. Especially if that's what you need. But the convenience of being able customize your order and buy exactly what you need of a high quality product only increases the feel of quality and exclusivity of it. I think this would generate greater traffic, sales, and most of all free advertising with word of mouth of an already great product. If read this all the way to conclusion, thank you for your time.
