I ordered this little coffee pot to use more as a decorative piece than for coffee. I couldn’t tell you if it’s copper or not. A magnets doesn’t stick to it but a magnet doesn’t stick to tin also. I’m not going to go scratching it deeply to see how much coating may or may not come off.This coffee pot does not hold 2 cups of liquid as stated on the listing at the time of this review. I could only get about 3/4 of cup to fit. It does not much matter for my purposes but it would to anyone using it as a coffee pot. As for me, I like how it’s made, how it looks and it’s a nice little addition to my decor.
