My little mean green machine arrived intact, and very quickly. I ordered this October 1 and received it on October 4Th from Istanbul. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a gifted printing roller. Product fits perfectly on my table and when I am ready to purchase a larger printing presser, I will be buying from the same company.

Good construction overall. The bar that presses down on the tile is a bit short, so you just have to keep a light touch when pressing, but it works. Press too hard and the bar slips below the fixed bar, that acts as a stop. I'll need to purchase felt to help, since it wasn't included, which is no big deal, but it was supposed to be included. It was packed well, and arrived quickly, from Turkey.

My daughter started her own business of creating beautiful art and decorative items; We ordered a Press that has nothing wrong with it except we ordered the wrong size. Customer Service has been very attentive to our error and is helping us correct the situation.

The bar that slides under the fixed bar to press the tile is just a bit short and can be a knuckle scrapper for your younger kiddos who are still learning their strength. There is no need to “press” the tile with great force or you may end up slamming your knuckles into the tool.An adjustment to this feature/function would be nice at the price point of this tool.Otherwise, this has been a nice tool to get even prints of students tile cuts.
