These motorized curtain tracks are something I would have never known I needed - I'm so glad I gave them a try because they have upgraded my living room situation. The adjustable length makes them compatible for various window sizes, and installation was easier than I expected. The remote control works smoothly, allowing me to open and close the curtains effortlessly from anywhere in the room. I love how quiet the motor is, adding convenience without disrupting the ambiance. It’s a stylish, modern upgrade that works well for my large living room window but could really go anywhere of course. If you’re looking for an easy way to automate your curtains, look no further. This was easy to put up and runs well. The motor is quiet and strong and these automatic curtain opener is cool. mine closes smoothly and the battery lasts a while.

I rather like these, just for the sake of feeling a little bougie. Action seems to work smoothly with no hangs so far. Motor feels plenty powerful to move even heavier drapes. We were originally going to use this for windows, but have now decided that ceiling mount and room divider may be the best application for our household. For those that don't have a wall outlet midway up your wall by the window (I can't believe everybody doesn't have that, right), they have implemented a removable battery for recharging, with is very convenient. All around, this is a nice motorized curtain system that seems to have plenty of battery capacity and motor strength to do what is expected.

The media could not be loaded. This motorized curtain track from ZSTARR is good in theory and if actually installed right, works as it should, but getting there is not without many issues! For one, not everything was sent as there were some things that were missing, like the installation brackets to mount outside of a window frame, screws and other accessories needed to properly install this! Luckily for my install, I am creative enough to have fashioned it together using the old curtain rod brackets I had been using, and some screws, washers and nuts that I had in my collection! The instructions are garbage and way too detailed/jumbled to follow and instead recommend the installation video on this product page!Had issues with removing some of the curtain hook pegs on the opposite side of the motor, mainly with the way the little cover, screw, under plates all go together! Very nonsensical way of adding or removing those pegs and spent over 1 hr trying to get it put back together properly, and using surgical clamps and using another screw I had laying around as the one that was there stripped on the head very easily! I could've skipped this step, but this company only includes enough hooks for 12 on each side.Now for some good, once installed and tested, it runs smoothly and there doesn't seem to be any issues with the motor and functionality! Programming the different settings on the remote is fairly easy and intuitive, and really like that the rechargeable battery attaches to the bottom of the motor and is easy to remove for charging! All in all, this is a really good mechanical blinds/curtain track and is nice to push a button to open or close your curtains smoothly and to where you desire! I accidentally purchased the wrong sized curtains for this project so that's why it shows that it doesn't close all the way, and if I had the proper length curtains, this does close them all the way and both ends meet in the middle! Also, do like the fact that you can adjust the length of this to fit your individual needs and does offer multiple ways of installing, but the missing pieces to properly install is just plain wrong and is something that shouldn't be overlooked by ZSTARR!

I would refer to the video that is posted on the product page for help installing. It's very helpful. The other thing I would suggest is to make sure you curtain fits the rings and also the installation method you want to use. It's a very straightforward installation, just make sure to double check the measurements before you drill. The curtains work great, it does make a loud noise when the motor is operating. Only thing i would add is alexa/google home capabilities.

I was disappointed to find out that the right angle mounting kit was not included in the packaging, but I was able to make due with a couple of brackets from home depot. I would recommend picking up a USB-C solar panel made for security cameras and plugging this into it, as they supply more than enough power to keep this charged at all times. Aside from that, the remote works pretty well and the motor is nice and quiet.

Our house is almost perfectly aligned with the compass points, such that the morning sun coming up quite literally blasts into the east facing master bedroom.Not the most delightful way to wake up.Usually we’re remembered to close the black-out/insulated drapery that my clever interior designer wife had installed but not always!This well designed very very quiet motorized drapery rod to the rescue. Now it’s just a matter of pushing a button and back to sleep as the drapery smoothly and serenely closes bringing darkness back to the room!The built-in rechargeable battery lasts for (per the maker) about three months. And it’s simple to recharge.Comes with a nice remote and was easy to install, I replaced the old rod with this one myselfA splendid addition to our home!
