First of all, there are no directions included in the box, so assembly is a big guessing game. The cage is made of the flimsiest plastic, and the doors can be opened with the lightest of touches from the inside. Hamsters WILL escape from this cage. The wooden accessories are cheap wood pieces that break and splinter when you try to fit them together. The air holes are tiny and NOT sufficient for air flow. The “fences” they include do not attach in any way to the cage itself. Even the sides of the cage don’t even lock together; they just stand next to each other and are pinned together by the floor of the layer on top. I can imagine a hamster could burrow right through and get itself stuck between panels with enough determination. Do NOT purchase this cage for your hamster. It is NOT SAFE.

The ladders do not fit securely unless they are ontop of another item in the cage. The wheel squeaks alot as well...

I love this cage!!!! I love how it it completely transparent and I can see my hammy at all times. I have a dwarf hamster that doesn’t chew much. I wouldn’t recommend this cage for hamsters that chew or hamsters that are not dwarfs. I absolutely love the idea of multiple levels, it really gives a hamster home feel. The multiple levels is really nice because I wanted him to have lots of room but I also didn’t have space for a very wide cage. I have the top level set up as his play area, middle layer is his eating/chill space, and the bottom layer I keep extra bedding in so he can play and sleep in. I did have to prop both ladders up with something because they are too steep for my hamster to go up with nothing under them. It did take him a few days to learn how to use the ladders but now he’s got it down packed. This cage is honestly a great deal for what you get! I really love the clear simplicity of this cage. It’s a bit of pain to clean but I push all the bedding down to the bottom level and dump it into a trash can from there. Day by day I’m adding things to the cage to make it special for my man Cheeto but he definitely loves it.

Primero que nada, es cierto que esta no trae instrucciones sin embargo con la imagen de la publicación es más que suficiente para armar la jaula; el proceso para armarla es fácil e intuitivo. Los accesorios que incluye hay que armarlos con cuidado y precaución, ya que si se hace sin precaución lo vas es a romper, además, estos accesorios son buenos pero la casa puede ser muy pequeña para el hámster. Un aspecto muy positivo es que las paredes de la jaula son totalmente transparentes, lo que permite visualizar y disfrutar a tu mascota fácilmente, además no se siente que el hámster está entre barrotes. Tal vez lo que si se debe de mejorar es que se puede abrir fácilmente desde adentro, pero se puede minimizar ese riesgo.

This cage is really cute, the mice like it but my cats can open it extremely easy, killed one Mouse, one is missing and it keeps going after the last one, opens it with just one claw. So if you cats please be careful with this cage.

The media could not be loaded. Very flimsy and thin. My hamster would be able to chew through it easily.

This product came with no instructions. Setting it up didn't take too long (you just stacked on top of the other). The decor thankfully came packaged together so you were able to easily assemble them. One of the magnets used to lock the door was not even glued in. The doors open up with very little pressure. I would only use this for a dwarf hamster (Do NOT use for regular sized hamsters). It comes with plastic barriers that I assume the bedding is supposed to hold up to prevent the bedding from falling out. Once put together it looks super cute. It does look easy to clean out and wipe down. The only worry I have is that the hamster would chew at the plastic between the levels. Overall, I am very hesitant to even put a dwarf hamster in there.
