Can I use it on the Beach?

You could use it on a lake, but not a river or an ocean. If we used it on our beach in Florida, it would be halfway to Spain by now...

What are the measurements of the floating hoop?

Top hoop is 13", bottom hoop 19", ball come with it 7". Our grand kids enjoy it. Varsity and JV basketball players as well as elementary ones.

How to assemble this basketball pool game??'

My son-in-law assembled it. Took only a few minutes and claimed "it was Easy". He generally is not a patient "put together - er. Our 4 grandchildren really enjoy it.
