As a camping light this has served us very well. It comes with a hook to attach to any loops that you might have on the ceiling of your tent, has a number of stages of illumination to cycle through, the battery last pretty well and it casts a decent amount of light.We have a Vango Airbeam (5 man) tent and the light covered most of the tent on the highest setting. The lower settings are more suitable to smaller tents perhaps, but will obviously make the battery last longer. I was drawn to this light over the cheaper battery only versions as we have plenty of USB power banks if we need to charge it back up again, or use an electrical hook up for a quick boost. If you don’t have access to those then the rechargeable battery can be removed and replaced with disposable batteries.My only criticism of the light would be that it would be useful to have a remote controlled facility. Having to climb out of your sleeping bag on a cold night to go and turn the light off isn’t ideal, but then the light doesn’t pretend to offer that feature so I’m not going to mark it down for that. Other than that, it’s a very good camping light.

Seems like a good little light at first. Unfortunately the charging port is unique and not a micro usb so you wouldn't want to lose the charger.Build quality is way too cheap for the price, the hook is not very good.It would probably work well enough in a tent and I might give it 2 stars for being small and bright but the battery didn't even last 2 hours on maximum.The customer service was actually a lot better than the product, after refunding they sent me another one saying maybe I had a faulty one and could I test it again and change the rating. I tested the new one, no surprise but it was just the same, this product is not worth more than 1 star. I bought another led light which lasted up to 8 hours on maximum and was fantastic

Lasts several nights camping, quick and easy to recharge using USB port, also comes with a rechargeable battery. Comes with a handy hanging clip, is light enough not to bring down the roof of my tent, gives off a good amount of light with various light settings. Very pleased

This is great for hanging from the ceiling of a tent as it's very light and compact but does a great job of illuminating a large living area. On the lowest setting the battery seems to last most of a day (if you leave it on by accident as I did).

This camping light is a lot smaller and lighter than expected but is extremely powerful when on the third setting. I like that you can have it on 2 lower light settings when you need. I am using this light with the AAA batteries instead of the rechargeable one that is supplied and it seems to be lasting well. I am really pleased with this item and think it's great value for money. Would recommend for anyone needing a variable light that doesn't take up much room when traveling.

The lamp arrived the next day, well packaged and in perfect working order. Three settings on lamp, the second setting us bright enough to light family tent, might need this for reading. Really pleased with this tried few lamps this one seems really good.

First impressions are that this light is really good, 3 brightness settings, the brightest of which will be more than enough light up our tent when camping. Hopefully the charge on the battery lasts well too.
