Before going with these, I'd tried a cheaper brand that ran too small and were cut strangely, so I couldn't wear them. I'd already purchased the heavy flow model (if you will), and were very pleased with the quality and fit. This brand is very high quality, and the price reflects it. lol These low/medium flow ones are perfect for when you think your period is about to come, so you don't ruin other underwear while also protecting your sheets (women have to deal with so much!).It's somewhat painful paying over $20 for a pair of underwear, but it's worth the investment. I have three pairs of these and three pairs of the heavy flow ones, and wash during the week of my period, if needed. They surprisingly also have pretty well-hidden underwear lines and lie flat against your rear, so DON'T LOOK like a diaper. lol (no one wants that!)I don't dry them in the dryer, and they take a while to dry, but over all, very happy with them!

I bought two pairs because I was traveling over Thanksgiving, which coincided with my period, and I did NOT want to pack pads. These are comfortable, very absorbent, and even better than the pair of Thinx I'd brought along. The fit is much better (the hipster fit tends to ride up...not fun!) and there are no weird smells even after wearing them all day. Just rinse with cold water and a little (unscented) detergent and hang up to dry! By the time I got home, I was determined to only wear these every month. I threw out all my pads and from now on, it's ModiBodi for me! If you're still on the fence, think about all the pads and tampons you WON'T have to buy, use or throw out. That's money AND waste saved!

Though I cringed at the cost, these panties are seriously life changing. Something I actually looked forward to enjoying about my awful period is not having to deal with tampons, pads, or even a cup anymore thanks to these guys. These were just fine for an average flow day without leaks or smell, no feeling of yucky pad dampness, and just rinse and wash in the machine. Love them so much I immediately got a second pair of the heavy flow. I would prefer if the lining went up further in the front and back as it makes me more aware at nighttime of possible leaks. I did get another brand for at night that has higher front and back though. Comfy comfy comfy and they don't have a sound!

I love this product. I ordered a light to moderate and the heavy pair to try out. They fit great and absorbs well. No smell either. I do spray an enzyme spray(or vinegar) on them and let them sit for a little bit just to be safe. The heavy pair has the protective band going the whole way up the back of the underwear, so there are no worries at leaking at night. The lighter pair doesn't go as far up, but makes it more sleek for day use. There is no rustling when I walk either. I got them to use with a menstrual cup, but am wearing just them on my light days. Super happy I found this product, it makes my periods less stressful; I don't have to worry about leaking or finding a toilet in hurry!

I love these panties. I have a moderate flow and ordered the panties with the light/moderate absorbency. I've worn them all day long, at work, at home, to bed, and even during exercise. They are easy to clean, just rinse, wash gently, and air dry. They're extremely comfortable, and I actually prefer these to my regular underwear. I like to wear these on their own, with my menstrual cup (on heavy days), or when I'm experiencing discharge. They'd be a great "line of defense" for someone with a heavy flow. I've ordered two pairs, and I'll probably order more. I recommend them to friends quite often.

These period underwear are the best. Much nicer feel than Thinx panties in my opinion because the material that Modibodi undies are made out of is so much more breathable and doesn't even feel like you have layers of protection in your crotch! I would feel totally protected wearing these while having my period.There are just 2 things I suggest / want you to keep in mind when purchasing these underwear:1) size up. I got one pair in a 12 and one in a 14 and the 14 fit me much better.2) after you wash these hang them to dry so they don't shrink as some of them have bamboo / wool in them.

3.5 starsWhat I liked: material is soft and fits nicely. It kept me dry and was very comfortable! I wore it on a hike and it held up really well!What I didn’t like: I felt the lining of the panty could have been a little higher up on the backside. I was afraid to sit down because it felt like there was no lining towards the back and I might leak! 1 inch more of “padding” and I would have felt super secure and given this panty a 5 Star!

After having a few babies I find myself living in a new reality. One that makes me pee when I laugh, cough, or do other such mundain acts... Sigh. I've been wearing liners but over time the costs start to add up. So I bought these and I LOVE them! I wish I had more than the one pair. Will be buying more.

These are perfect for extra protection on heavy days. My daughter uses them most days of her period and has also used them to swim. Altho not waterproof they gave her the confidence to go in the water.

Love these products. Use mainly for little leaks when sneezing due to horrific injuries sustained years ago during childbirth. Can feel a bit hot in them but worth it for peace of mind.
