Finally!! For the past two years I have had a 5 gallon bucket with a seat (along with bags and poo gel) that I placed in a pop up privacy tent when camping. The days of finding a bush, tree or walking to a stinky outhouse in the middle of the night ended a few years ago when I developed stomach issues. Got to love turning 50 isshhh. This year I wanted something more compact, more comfortable and closer to an actual toilet. I ordered a fold up pleather like thing and once seeing it, putting it together…. I could not get over the fact that it was basically cardboard. The inner lining was fabric on top of that. Say what?? I returned it. Ordered a collapsible round version. Nope. It wanted to fold up on you and the seat was tiny! That too went back in its box within 15 minutes. Then I saw this. Read reviews for hours. Then put it in my Amazon cart. Checked out. I received it today. Took it out of its box and had it up in a matter of seconds. Sat on it, had my 6’5 290lb son sit on it. WOW! Sturdy and comfortable. I mean comfortable. Seat is like your standard oval seat on a regular toilet pretty much. Height is perfect. Put one of the bags that came with it in it to see how it fit. ( I’ll be doubling these and adding the poo gel I always use. It came with a roll of eco bags and I’ll use them. Then probably get eco trash compactor bags like I have in the past.) It’s wider, longer and taller than the smaller camp toilets so order bags accordingly.)I then folded it up within seconds and put it in its storage bag. I’ve posted a picture of it in its bag alone and one photo with a gallon size Ziploc on top with my bags and poo gel so you could see / reference the size.I then honestly took it out of its bag, put it back together again, and sat on top of it because I could not get over how sturdy and comfortable this thing was. It’s going camping with me tomorrow. Compact. Sturdy. And you can easily rinse it off need be. As someone who camps 11-15 times a year. GAME CHANGER!Just buy it. Trust me. I already ordered and sent back the other ones you are probably looking at. I did the testing for you. BTW I’m a 6’7 curvey female. So if it will work for my son and I. It will you.

Mannnn it's awesome. Very sturdy. I'm 290 and had no issues at all. Super easy to put together, the bag is nice. My girl and I both used it this weekend during our camping trip

I'm only 200 pounds and set on the seat twice and the seat cracked all the way across. Probably just a imperfection in the material. Not going to be anything a little JB weld can't fix. Other than that toilet is good.

I live in an RV and cannot hook up to sewer where I'm parked. The regular toilet in my RV was so small and uncomfortable I decided to try and find a more comfortable camping toilet. This toilet is large enough and sits high enough to be totally comfortable and still fits easily in my tiny bathroom. It folds up easily and can be taken outside to rinse off and clean. Very lightweight but really strong! The holding compartment underneath uses a regular 30 gallon trash bag and I only have to dump it about once a week. It's perfect for what I need it for.

Exceeded my expections. No problem with my 315lb bulk. Easy setup. Would buy again.

Super excited about this since we camp a lot. Normal portable potty bags DO NOT fit though. Most camping toilets use 8 gallon bags and those are too small. BUT a 5 gallon bucket will fit inside it, under the seat, so you can use 8 gallon bags in the bucket. This camping toilet is nice because it is tall and wide so it feels like you’re on an actual toilet. Plus it folds up and comes with a carrying case so that’s nice too.

The seat cracked In two places. Only after short use. It was great before the cracked. I reached out but no response from company.

This is sturdy and has enough room inside to create a composting toilet for an affordable price. Opening is too large for children, but great for adults.
