I like the idea of the salad scoopers being part of the bowl. Simple is good. We have used it with all types of salad dressings and tomato sauce. It cleans up easy in soapy water. I have not tried the dishwasher and have not dropped it so I can't comment on that. I am happy with this item. I expect it will look good longer that a wood salad bowl.

Brought a salad over to a family dinner and they could not stop talking about the bowl! It is a cool looking bowl. My only problem is I got it for everyday use, but it's way it's too big for the two of us - it's just hubby and I. Oh and the inside is easily scratched, I'm very careful with it, but it scratched after just the first use.

Very cool design, love the aesthetic. Cleans easily and hasn't stained despite months of use. Overall I'm really happy with this and would buy it again!

I absolutely adore this product. I originally purchased this bowl from a small specialty shop on a vacation. When I came home and LOVED it, I decided to purchase it for both my husband and my parents for Holiday gifts after finding it on amazon. Now the whole family is in love with this product. It's not only clever with the nestled in handle/ tossing forks, but it's cute and stylish.

I was very excited to use this salad bowl since I liked its design aesthetic and the convenience offered with the handles and the bowl. Unfortunately, the very first time I used it I noticed the tablecloth dirty under the salad bowl. When I went to wash the bowl I noticed it had two cracks on the bottom, both on the inside and outside. I placed water inside and saw that my suspicions were confirmed: liquid leaks through the cracks. So now this salad bowl is unfortunately unusable and I've only been able to use it once. Very poor quality.

Nice salad bowl and serving tongs set looks great on an informal table. For a casual get-together the salad can come to the table in this bowl and everyone can help him/herself. The hands make a nice size pair of easy to use tongs and easily slide back into place on the sides of the bowl before being passed around the table. Sturdy construction, easy clean-up, whimsical design. Would make a really nice housewarming or bridal shower gift, too.

We fell in love with this salad bowl with "built-in" serving hands! It is light-weight and a great size - not too big and not too small, and so convenient with the serving hands right there. We ordered several more to give as gifts.

A really cool tool. It is also really easy to clean and store which is great. I definitely recommend it.
