The back tire would not stay on the bike. . More than a month later and a dozen email messages back and forth, they are still fighting not to refund shipping. I don't know about the battery life or comfort as the back tire would not stay on. I will avoid this seller like the plague.

This bike is great, the price even with tax and shipping is worth it. It has a sporting look has a little weight to it but very manable for me. (61 yr old women) Handles nice, adjustable shocks on front makes the ride nicer, has plenty of power if needed, gears are easily available. I would recommend this one to my friends and family.

Tires went flat only 2 DAYS after I received the bike? And I live in the city??? I don’t under very unsatisfied!

Back tire kept coming off

This bike holds up to the abuse from our entire family! I cant attest for the battery life, but it hasn't died on me yet. With me driving, I can haul my 8 year old on the cargo rack and pull behind my two five year olds in a pull-behind cart and this bike handles all the weight (over 400 lbs combined) like a champ. Going up steeper hills requires considerable peddling while hauling all the kids, but it pulls me perfectly up any inclines by myself (I'm 5'9" and 265lbs). We're able to ride around the campground or neighborhood all day long without a drop in power or running out of battery. I do charge every night after using it much. We have about 150 miles on it so far and everything has held up wonderfully. Top speed I've hit solo was 26.8mph in our neighborhood on a flat road. We did purchase a blinking red light for the rear for when we rode at night around the campground, but the built in headlight works very well. I haven't been off road much, but it handles small trails around the house very well. For reference, not a part of our yard is flat, but this bike is able to pull me and the kids all around without issue. I highly recommend for the price!

The bike is great. It has a beefy look and it is powerful. The torque is awesome on this bike. It is very responsive and comes with a top speed (throttle only) of 28mph. I played with the settings and got it to go 40mph with throttle only. Let me tell you, that is ridiculously fast, but it was still very stable. I am going to set it back to 28 for most of my needs. If I get it out on longer and more open roads/paths, I may crank it back up again. 28 is a great speed for throttle only. It's a great experience thus far. The shipping is a wait, but the delivery date was pretty accurate. I am 6'1" and 185 pounds. Speeds may vary depending on your weight!

I have family and friends who own electric bikes and they say this a not only a great bike but a great buy. Delivery was faster than promised. Assembly was very easy, they provided all the tools I needed. The bike comes with turn signals and horn. My friends did not, that is huge safety plus! It is very comfortable mostly because the saddle is easily adjustable. The fat tires also make for a comfortable ride, the streets here are very bumpy and I have curised right down them. The battery life has lasted a long time. If you want to go fast, this bike will fit that bill.
