So first, let me say that this is the 3rd 15.6" laptop I've ordered in the last 2 weeks. The 1st was an off brand (New) and claimed battery was 11 hours. I got 3 hours unplugged at a full charge with just Chrome and my MSN email open and sitting. 2nd was a known brand (New) also claiming 11 hour battery, but not purchased as much as most name brands, and I only got 4 hours fully charged leaving the same 2 programs opened. This baby! I set up, downloaded, then unplugged at 100% leaving the same 2 programs open and got a full 7 hours on the battery up until it had a 9% charged left. This Dell laptop is the official Winner! And, thank you to the seller for an honest accurate ad. At least thus far on the battery. I would definitely recommend this laptop and this seller for being truthful. All of the laptops were on sale, but this was a couple hundred more and I have to say it's worth it so far. I will give an update closer to the eligibility return date, but I can say Battery is as described and the sound is pretty good too.

I've had this laptop for exactly 3 months and the screen is broken. I closed the laptop and reopened, and the entire lower left of the screen separated from the frame. The laptop was never dropped, bumped or mistreated. When I contacted the seller, Oydisen WOWPC, they refused to cover under the warranty because they considered the issue, physical damage. When I contacted the maker, DELL, for assistance, I was informed that my laptop is not new but was refurbished and was originally purchased in Malaysia in 2021. Even though the 3rd party seller misrepresented what they were selling, they are refusing to make it right and Amazon has been no help. Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee is worthless. After this, I am done with Amazon and will not be renewing my Amazon subscription.

I think so far the laptop (Dell) is awesome so far. What I don't like or care for is the 3rd party flaked on there part of the rest of there obligations, the wowPC that's was advertised to come with the laptop or be shipped shortly after. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. now I have to wait for 1-2 months. Or get a refund.. The bundle as advertised is what caught my eye , so I purchased it .

This laptop arrived promptly and I had no problem getting it set up to use. Once you get it connected to your home WiFi, it goes through a bunch of updates and downloads. Once that is complete, it is working great and I find it is very fast. All in all a good laptop computer.

I bought this computer a month ago and have had no problems although it is a bit slow to boot up. However, I have discovered it arrived without BIOS and a few other updates. It also has NO Dell warranty. Very misleading on Amazon site as just under the product description it says Visit Dell Store. No way to know it has no warranty, that it had a previous owner, but now that I have the equipment and checked with Dell the 2 yr warranty was from 10/2021-10/2023 in Malaysia.

Bought this for my husband and he likes it very much.

The laptop was easy to set up and worked fine for about 3 months. Then while opening the laptop the right hinge cracked. The plastic that cracked encased the hinge and was connected to the frame of the screen. The cracked plastic caused the frame plastic to peel away from the screen. After contacting the seller, Pro-Tech PC, they informed me they could not help with any physical damage. It was my understanding that this product has a one year warranty. I will avoid this seller and Dell products in the future.

I have retired from Web designs and implementations. I love the case and the fact it is so lightweight.The only holdback I have is Windows 11. It is not Dell’s fault. It is a big learning curve.
