Excellent value and works well
This cable works fine with my 2015 MacBook Pro an a 65W Anker charger or a 100W Ugreen one, and I think it's amazing value for money. The cable and MagSafe connector aren't precisely identical to those on my original Apple charger, but from the outside the quality looks just as good and it works as expected, delivering 3.5A at 19V. My only slight criticism is that the magnet is a bit weaker than on the original Apple charger.Another reviewer said the pins on their MagSafe plug didn't retract as expected, so it's probably worth checking that before plugging it in. I'd treat all third-party charging products with care, especially when (as here) they're delivering significant amounts of power.

Seems to be good quality
The quality of the cable seems to be good, the charging light works on the MagSafe connection the same way as the original one from Apple.

sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
I recently purchased the SlimQ USB C Magnetic Adapter in hopes of seamlessly charging my MacBook with its Magsafe 2 compatibility. While the concept seemed promising, my experience with this product has been mixed, to say the least.Firstly, the design and build quality of the adapter and cable appear to be decent, but the plastic wrapping the cable won't last long for sure. The magnetic connection feels secure, and the cable length provides ample flexibility. However, the reliability of the charging functionality leaves much to be desired. At times, the adapter works flawlessly, effortlessly delivering power to my MacBook Pro. However, there are frustrating instances where it simply fails to initiate the charging process. I've noticed this inconsistency particularly when using my Anker 120W charger. Despite the ample power output of the charger, the SlimQ adapter occasionally misses the mark, leaving my MacBook to rely on its power adapter instead of charging the battery. This inconsistency is a significant drawback, especially considering the convenience that magnetic charging adapters are supposed to offer. Instead of a seamless charging experience, users are left to gamble on whether the adapter will cooperate each time they plug it in.While the idea behind the SlimQ USB C Magnetic Adapter is promising, its execution falls short of expectations. Until these reliability issues are addressed, I find it difficult to recommend this product wholeheartedly. If you're willing to take a gamble on its functionality, it might be worth a try. However, if you rely on consistent and dependable charging for your MacBook, you may want to explore alternative options.

Great alternative to genuine power adapter
Used with 65w usb Anker charger and a 2013 Mac book pro 13inch. Works great and far cheaper than genuine MacBook MagSafe that always frays. If it frays it can be cheaply replaced and the charger can be used for other usb devices. Worth the money for sure.

Rubbish, stopped working in 3 months, used only 5 or 6 times
Such a waste of money. Expensive. Used it only 5 or 6 times over last 3 months and now not working. Avoid

Great Macbook cable replacement
This is very magnetic - not as long as the original but I prefer it. I fit it into a 100w adapter that takes 2 USB-C cables and one USB-A, called a Sumvision. Those two things together are fairly expensive but this cable can be replaced independently, which is a great draw to me.

FALLA LA TRANSFERENCIA DE CARGA
NO MANTIENE LA CARGA DE LA COMPUTADORA ES INTERMITENTE SI LA PANTALLA ESTA ENCENDIDA O TRABAJANDO, LA UNICA MANERA QUE TE PROPORCIONA LA CARGA ES CON EL EQUIPO SIN FUNCIONAMIENTO APAGADO O CON LA TAPA CERRADA PERO NO ES UTIL PARA TRABAJAR

Works pretty well
I'm using my MacBook Pro 16" 2019 USB-C brick with this USB-C to MagSafe 2 adapter to charge my MacBook Pro 13" 2015. In 30min it seems to have charged from 0% to 26%. In System Info it says it's charging at 85W. When I plug the cord in it starts out with a green light for like 2 seconds, then it goes to orange and is charging. I disconnected/reconnected it a few times and seems to go back to charging just fine. None of either plug/laptop/power adapter are even warm. So far, so good!Edit: I tried using a MacBook Mini USB-C block that supplies 30w with this cable to see what would happen. Nothing happens, doesn't charge, as expected. The light does show orange, but laptop shows not charging. It needs a min of 65w to work, but nothing overheated or appeared damaged attempting to use the 30w charger.

Sturdy construction - almost feels like something that Apple would’ve made
Almost all non Apple old MacBook charger clones are just bad. This is a much preferable route than buying an aftermarket charger. This way, I can use the best quality charger and keep the device safe. A busted MacBook Pro logic board due to power issues is a very very hard thing to fix. Go for it.

It’s Ok.
The charging cord works fine. However, the magnet is not strong enough to keep it in place.
