I love this product. I discovered it in New Zealand and my hair immediately got thicker and my fingernails, less ridged. I feel sure my teeth are stronger, too.When I reached menopause, I knew there was a risk of osteoporosis and I already take Vit C and Vit D3, magnesium and selenium and and multi B vit to support my hormones and nervous system...I also needed to max my calcium intake and this is the best product. As I have poor digestive issues, it is easily absorbed so perfect for me!!

I have used this product for years. Both the liquid and capsules. Think I get better results with the liquid. It’s helped the thickness of my hair, kept my skin luminous, my nails strong, and my joints are less achy. Definitely not a placebo effect because when I run out I notice a difference in a few days. Love it!

m not sure if this is just placebo but i feel like i can see my skin is healthier and smoother, aparently this builds collagen in the body . great

The first thing I noticed was softer skin and hair, nails growing faster, and my complexion is brighter somehow. Also, my joints were not painful when I went for a long walk today, when usually they would be...but having said that, I have just started taking another collagen supplement so I can't say for 100% sure that the joints improvement is down to the Biosil. However the effects on my skin, hair, nails and complexion definitely are a result of the Biosil, and it was noticeable quite soon after I first started taking it. Love this stuff, just wish it was a bit cheaper.

Im giving 1 star because I cannot speak about the results yet as I have only received the product today so only tried it once. I will update my review in a month or so but I just wanted to say that it doesn’t taste at all of fish, in fact, it doesn’t taste of anything at all from what I have tasted. I just wanted to add this because that is one of the things that put me off purchasing but I am glad I did.

Highly effective if taken as indicated. As it is a natural remedy, it has worked well for me if taken regularly.

I have been using Biosil for years! It works! Bought this first in a health food store, long story short all the health food stores either moved or closed. Found this here on Amazon.

My doctor suggested this product and mentioned that I could see the difference within a couple months. I have been been taking it for the past six months but don't see any difference yet.
