These foggles are exactly what I needed for my IFR training. The design blocks out just the right amount of peripheral vision while staying comfortable for long flights. They feel sturdy and well-made, and I like that they don’t slip off easily. Definitely a great buy for any student pilot!

Works for the c-172 and c-152 that I’ve been flying around in and I appreciate that they are darker rather than just the frosted over shop goggles most trainers use. Helps block the sunlight so it’s easier on the eyes when training during the day.Case it comes in feels cheap but it protects them from getting all scuffed up so I won’t ding em for that.Glad it comes with a lanyard so you can have them readily available in flight rather than hanging them on your shirt or placing them somewhere and trying to dig around for them. Easy on, easy off.As far as value goes, if you have the time or I guess motivation, you could easily make these at home with some shop glasses you buy from your local hardware store for a couple bucks but for convenience sake I think they are worth it.

I had just passed my PPL and was moving on to my instrument and was told I needed to grab a pair of “foggles”. After looking around I saw what was probably the standard ones that everyone used but saw it was just a blurry film that could easily scratch off, with these however it’s solid plastic that completely blocks your peripherals and does not scratch off. These glasses allow me to focus on my instrument with only a little bit of the outside visible due to the cockpit glass just being right there (R44) however in the event that I need to look up or “break out of the clouds” there not so limiting that I need to break my neck to come back into VFR. Also the hard case is an extra bonus for keeping the glasses safe when I put them in my bag while I’m not using them and it comes with a neck strap so if you need to take them off while flying you don’t have to worry about where you’re going to put them. 10/10 would buy again

IFR Training went much easier with this foggles/blockalls. I was able to focus inside very well and now I prefer this blacked out foggles over traditional foggles all the time.It was comfortable and I was able to adjust it to my size. Overall I would give it 10/10 for the design and value.

Not very comfortable and temples are too short, hurting your ears. They do block the sight vision pattern well though… but could be improved for comfort.

These foggles are exactly what I needed for my IFR training. The fit is comfortable for long sessions, and they completely block outside vision, letting me focus on my instruments. Clear lenses and no fogging issues make them a solid choice. Highly recommended for student pilots!

Much nicer than my previous pair. The shaded parts really helped with the sun glaring in my eyes during simulated IMC
