pretty cool
Exactly like the picture. It's a softball sized light purple/pink plastic thing. Surprised to learn it's supposed to play music which is great. It slowly rotates which is cool. Just wish it looked more like the northern lights, but it does look exactly like the picture

The students were impressed and liked it. I bought it so that they could use it during their senior prom. It worked out OK.

Fun light show!
So fun and trippy! Has a lot of settings and works well. I haven't used it with an ipod yet, so not sure on that part.
