Easy to swallow

The capsules are easy to swallow with food. Personally, if I had to, I would open my capsules and mix it with my cooked breakfast.Great supplement, also known as Vitamin B17 or Laetrile. There has been controversy to stop it, political hindrances and history of persons(Dr John Richardson for one) suspiciously dying suddenly for disclosing this upon its discovery as a health remedy back in the day. You can find the book on Amazon authored by G. Edward Griffin subtitled "...The Story of Vitamin B17" in regards to the apricot kernel(seed) supplement.Look up Dr John Richardson's son also Dr John Richardson on rumble video webpage for interviews talking about apricot seeds.I'm not yet sure what to think of it as an extract, instead of as seeds in powdered form put into capsules; so, do your own research. This is why I gave 4 instead of stars. However, I think the extract may still be beneficial forour health.

Last year I did some armchair research about the benefits of apricot extract, so when I found this product--a pure, simple 1,000mg of 15:1 extract in a vegetarian capsule--I tried it. The recommended dose is 2 capsules/day but I only take one and I felt the benefits right away. (I've now been taking this off and on for an entire year and I feel like I need to share the positive results!)The first benefit I noticed was a healthy BM that became a "regular" occurrence while taking this supplement. Normal BMs were unusual for me for a variety of reasons, but after I connected the dots, I realized the apricot extract was the only new thing I was doing.As time went on, I realized an increase in energy and stamina, a decrease in the desire for processed junk food, healthier skin that appears more youthful, and my overall well-being and mindset improved. There were times that I traveled for long periods and I didn't bring the apricot extract with me, and that's how I had my "lightbulb moment" as to why my body felt so different when I was or wasn't taking this supplement.The capsules are made from vegetable cellulose and they're small enough that they're easy to swallow. There's zero taste or aftertaste, and I've had no issues with taking the full dose of 2 at a time for research purposes.I'm 180 lbs and have been able to see positive results with half the dose, and the bottle has a 90 day supply when taking 2/day. For all of the positive benefits I've had, it's an excellent value and I know I'm getting a quality product when the ingredient is simply apricot extract. That's it.The label states that these are made in the USA, lab tested, and GMP certified. I'm sold, and I just want to share my positive experience with others so more people can find natural solutions for a healthy lifestyle. Highly recommend!

I received this item through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review.I ordered these apricot extract capsules because I had read that it can be beneficial for asthma and mucus.The capsules are easy to swallow. I intentionally tasted the inside powder. It reminded me of a mild bitter chocolate flavor. I would feel a bit better if I knew which part of the apricot is being extracted. The bitter flavor indicates to me that it is the seed. The attached carrying case is nice, although the shape could be modified a bit to hold two on each of the sides without crowding.

I wanted to try this apricot supplement since I’ve been researching the benefits of using apricot as a supplement. It’s supposed to help with vision, digestion, improve skin health help balance electrolytes and bone health I cant say that this pull is effective at any of these things but it hasn’t hurt me by taking it either. These pills are unflavored and have no noticeable taste and are easy to swallow. Like any supplement you need to take them a few months before noticing any benefits so I haven’t had any issues taking it this far I would like to continue taking it longer term to see any improvements. I like that it comes with a mini pill case to hold your supplements in when on the go or traveling.
