Display will flip, just push power button again.
For those posting pictures of the display upside down, if they would have read the instructions they would have seen if you push the button a second time it flips the display. When you first turn it on, the display faces the person wearing the pulse oximeter. Once you get a reading, push the power button again and it will invert the display so the person not wearing the meter can read the display. That's the whole reason I bought it. I would like for my patients to be able to see their results, then I push the button again and I can read them. I highly recommend you read the directions from front to back before using. It will help prevent people from giving this a poor rating when it's really user error. I hope the attached pictures help, I have the transparent silicone case on mine. Mine also came with two lanyards, which I'm sure I will need. Keep in mind that if you have the silicone case over your oximeter, it will be a slightly more snug fit in the case, but not unmanageable. I plan on buying several more of these for my nursing co-workers to give as gifts. I also found it to be very accurate, I compared it to the pulse oximeter on the vitals cart that I wheel around the ICU.

Not a good quality pulse ox
I am a nurse and I have to take pulse ox oxygen saturations for my patients frequently and daily. I have used many better pulse ox’s before. This is the worst one hard to get a reading especially if the patients finger is cold and I have used pulse oximeter’s that Work went to patients finger is called this is not the one I would not recommend it to any nurse or healthcare clinician

ease of screen use
Instructions said there were 2 screen modes-however-instruction sheet included was very unclear, every time I touched the device the screen seemed to change or began showing error code. Just didn't find it easy to use.

LOVE THIS OXIMETER! Quickly and accurately measures oxygen saturation as well as heart rate. Same technology as used by medical staff. My mother has a lung condition, and often the staff will use it if theirs isn't handy, because it measures oxygen saturation and heart rate with the same accuracy as what hospital staff use. Was delivered in perfect condition on time, as promised. Highly recommend. Plus which, we ordered the pink one. Simple, easy to use
I work for a pulmonologist and this is perfect for taking patients oxygen levels without having to use the larger more cumbersome units we have here. I love that it comes in multiple colors and has an easy to read screen. Simple and succinct.

Easy to use, fast, and loved by my EMT family
I bought this for my sister in law who is an EMT. She had complained that the ones that they had for her station were slow and junky so she wanted one that was better. This was better quality and faster than the ones that they have in the ambulances at her station. She tried them on everyone in the family and they were all what they should be (even with the oxygen level of the smokers being slightly lower). It was fast, very easy to use, and comes with a protective silicone case.

Great tool for lung patients
This is a great oximeter. I took mine into my last pulmonology appointment just to see how accurate the readings are. The numbers on this oximeter were the same as the doctor's oximeter (which I'm sure was much more expensive). This is a great value. I also love how they are available in nice colors. I love my pink accessories, lol.

Would definitely recommend.
This pulse ox has lasted me an entire year and more. Although the neck strap broke off because the little thin piece of plastic that was holding it together broke loose from constant rubbing from the strings. It has been dropped several times but I think it's the silicon case it's in. Very excited I got something that lasts, cheap or not. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful, Affordable Oximeter!
Considering the great technology of this Fingertip Pulse Oximeter, I thought the price would be much higher. I am delighted that it is reasonably priced and that I could have one of my own! It works great! Love my pink color!
