SR6 Full Face Motorcycle Helmet, Equipped with Clear & Multicolour Visors DOT Approved Street Racing Helmet

This RYMIC SR6 Full Face Motorcycle Helmet is a well-made, solid helmet with a good fit, comfort and graphics, all in a helmet. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and a few things to consider before buying.I. Quality - This looks and feels like a solid quality helmet that’s not top of the line, but I’d still put it in the upper-middle level of the quality scale for helmets. It's lightweight, about 3.5 lbs. It's a little heavier than my last helmet, but I think I'll get used to it eventually. This helmet is DOT approved and will provide great protection in the event of an accident, but hopefully I won't have such an opportunity to test its protective properties...II. Performance - For me, it fits very nicely and as it should when compared to standard sizing. One of the pictures in the ad shows where to measure for the sizing and it was accurate for me. I really like the lining of this helmet, the blue lining, it's very distinctive and the padding is soft and pleasant to wear for hours. I love the quick release chin strap and how much easier it makes on and offs.III. Value - The package comes with two visors, 1 very cool tinted visor and 1 high quality clear visor. The tinted visor comes inside the package. I installed the tinted visor on the helmet and the value went up a whole notch! There is also a helmet bag in the package for storage or transportation. The helmet has a Bluetooth notch on the inside that allows me to install a Bluetooth communication device, which I don't normally have a need for, but I like the design.IIII. Ventilation - There are a couple vents that can be opened/closed. One on the front for your mouth and nose. Two are on the top sides. All of the vents are effective for cooling, but if I'm breathing hard, it fogs up a little every now and then. I noticed that the lenses have pinlock posts on them, and I learned through the product page that it adapts to anti-fog lens from Pinlock, and I'm looking forward to the anti-fogging performance with the anti-fog lens in place.Overall, this is a very good and cost effective helmet that is somewhere between an average helmet and a top of the line helmet, but definitely closer to a high end helmet. I provided an excellent user experience that made me fall in love with the RYMIC and I will continue to keep an eye out for more RYMIC helmets!You can trust that this review is just my honest thoughts and I've tried to provide you with some useful insights that I wish I had gotten before I chose this product. Very happy with fit and look and even came sooner then expected!

I had a shoei and hax helmet for my first two helmets and turns out I was measuring my head size wrong. Bought this one on a whim and it came two days later. Fits and feels amazing. Especially with two visors. Say no more.

This is a good helmet for a great price. It looks good and fit true to size. It doesn't have a lot of extra features but if you're on a budget, this could be the one for you. It isn't ECE certified, just DOT.

I was on the highway in a traffic jam. It was hot out so I kept raising and lowering my shield. Then the right side came out of the socket and the shield was half hanging. The entire plastic mechanism fell out. With my partner help I was able to get it back together but it was missing one of the 2 springs. I liked the helmet and maybe it was a freak accident. Maybe I was a little rough opening and closing?I hope they will send me another set of springs.Update, I received complete replacement parts for both sides of the slider shield from the seller. I added a star to my review.

This is my first full face helmet I've kept with my preference toward half and modular. However, I was drawn to this helmet because it is meant to be eye glass friendly and equipped with speaker pockets. The RYMIC SR6 Full Face Motorcycle Helmet is a keeper.My initial impression of this helmet is it's lighter but sturdy than my others. When putting it on...this is the first helmet I've ever ordered that fitted exactly how I wanted it to fit (I ordered a Large). To me this is the most stressing part about ordering online...not being sure how it will fit you...and I'm relieved it just fits perfectly.This is a comfortable helmet to ride with. Ventilation is excellent for a motorcycle helmet...but that's not to say you're not going to get warm in the summer months. That's the nature of motorcycle riding. I'll likely wear this helmet more during cooler season riding. While ventilation is adjustable, I should note that ventilation on top is on both the right side and left side of the helmet. The reason I noted this is that when riding a helmet with a single ventilation switch in the top-center can opened/closed a lot quicker than having to adjust two-switches on top. I'm just noting this for those that want the least distractions while riding a motorcycle that. you have an "extra vent switch" here.On my personal wish list for this helmet is the desire for a secondary tinted visor built into the helmet. Instead, you'll need to swap back and forth between the removable clear and removable tinted visor for this feature. However, this isn't enough of a reason for me to not keep the helmet. Unlike some other helmets I've owned, wearing sunglasses within this R6 helmet is more comfortable than my other helmets (even the modular helmet).Overall, this is a good helmet and more importantly just feels "safe" to wear. I've ordered some other helmets on Amazon before that I returned due to them being of cheap or poor design. This RYMIC SR6 helmet is a good quality helmet that either you or your passenger will be glad to have while riding.
