I have noticed I have a deeper sleep when I use these! I also noticed when I don’t I wake up with dry mouth! Will buy these forever

Returning this product, claimed to be a gentle tape and hypoallergenic but it gave me a burn/rash around my mouth where the tape was. I don’t even have extremely sensitive skin and I made sure my skin wasn’t dry prior to putting it on. Would not buy there are better options out there.

This is my first experience with mouth tape. I like that these strips have a hole in the center, however the adhesive was far too strong for my skin type. Removing the paper on back wasn’t not as quick as I expected. It didn’t move or peel up while I slept at all. When I removed in the morning my skin did feel raw in places, and still does 12 hrs later. Part of the edge stayed stuck to my face after removal. I used oil to wash it off. I’m not sure I dare use them a second night in a row as I don’t want to damage my skin. Breathing through my nose in some positions felt like it warmed the tape and was an odd sensation. I woke up more often than normal…maybe it’s because I’m not used to it.

This mouth tape definitely sticks to your face as long as you wash and clean your face . Love the small mouth opening too , folks I've tried quite a few of these mouth tapes and these are the best.

I ended up with a rash from the tape. Think twice before you try this.

I thought they would be great, but after 4 nights the corners of my mouth and some spots on my lip line started to split and had an area of redness, the spots were very sensitive.

Pulled the skin off my lips ! This stuff is dangerous! Its like duct tape. Cant imagine using it again. Torture to remove! Returned it! Lip is still raw. 5 Stars only to get this on top!
