Good product at lower price tag.
There's no difference between ON and BSN Fish oil, except price. Rest everything is same from taste to quality. No fishy burps, no fishy aftertaste. Buy it from Primarc Pecan and you are all set. Fish oil is awesome for bone strengthening and cardio vascular health as protein supplements have medium to high cholesterol content. Fish oil lowers the cholesterol levels and good for bone health as well. A must have for a person who doing weight loss or gain. Have it with Luke warm water post every meal not more then 3 times or as per your body needs. 300 mg of each tablet is not too bad ... Go for it if you love your heart. Cheers...

Good product. The capsule skin is thik enough to not burst in mouth by accident. Else, fish oil could taste nasty. Works well. No side effects.
