Good Quality and durable
Excellent chopper.Just go for it.Very helpful in chopping onion , garlic,ginger. Also I use it to chop cauliflower for making parathas .

Useful product, has eased effort of cooking
Its a good product. The extra jar in the Plus model is useful as it means you can chop two things while cooking without having to clean the jar in between. Only issue is the button at the top is a bit unreliable. It is sometimes stuck in on position, but not visible that it is, so while switching in power you have to be careful. But the chopper itself is a big help. Chops everything and because of small size very easy to handle and clean as compared to a dedicated food processor. A mixer/ grinder and a chopper together will meet your needs better than food processor.

Poor Door Quality and Safety
The media could not be loaded. The door does not close securely, there is an uneven gap on both sides, with one side having a gap of nearly 1cm. This will not only affect heat retention but also pose serious safety concerns.With just a slight pull, the door opens easily, which is not acceptable for an appliance that operates at high temperatures. The door feels unstable and poorly aligned, which makes me question the overall quality control.I was expecting better design and safety standards. Unless this issue is addressed, I would not recommend this product, especially for households with children or where safety is a priority.

Chop Chop Chopper the great...
Good product , Does all the chopping works quickly, Only downside is if you need to chop very small amounts , May be a small onion you have to make couple of runs and keep the food spatulated near to the blades.Coming on the not so good part is the blade assembly the twin blade assembly is hosted in a hard plastic attachment but the blades dosent seems to be sharp enough , Could have been better for a longer blade replacement cycle,Overall the product is working fine with daily usage and it does what its meant for, It comes with a whisker attachment as well good for beating eggs or extracting butter.I would recommend it....
