Buy it directly from eureka forbes site or showroom no worth buying from amazon as support will be flactuating
Nice product..works fine on low and medium power..stops works when set on high..placed a complain and after executive checked he told to come with appliance and visit showroom..he was not sure product bought from amazon will cover the warrenty or not..still using it on low and medium as don't have time and strength to carry the machine 20kms for hoping a fix..they may make it worst

Durable, value for money product.
Excellent product!!!Been using this since Feb 2017, strongly built and durable. We use to vacuum a house of 1000 Sq.Ft and it takes 15 mins and runs non stop.Worth the money spent!!!

Worst service by Eureka Forbes - Customer service delayed for more than a month
We purchased this product from Amazon in 2018.AS WE DIDN'T BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM EUREKA FORBES, THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.When we asked Eureka Forbes customer service they are saying that they cannot link the product as it was not purchased directly from them.We raised a complaint with the company on July 28. We get calls every now and then asking if our water purifier problem is sorted. When we mention that the problem is with the vacuum, they are not able to trace it. Today is August 15 and my problem is yet to be resolved. When I complain to the technician, he says feel free to escalate.Interestingly, we get calls every time we complain on twitter. They start by apologizing for the water purifier issue. Whoever calls does not have any history of previous conversations. We always have to start by saying the problem is not with the aquaguard but with the vacuum cleaner.This is the second experience with the vacuum cleaner breaking down. Both the times the response is the same.

After Sales Service is VERY POOR
The cleaner got burnt within a month of purchase. Even after making repeated calls for attending the complaint, nobody is reverting back. Currently the DEAD equipment is just eating up space at my office. The sales & serve team needs to urgently look into this problem to save their goodwill.

Good but lot of noise and hot air.
It's good product but the hot air flow from the machine irritates. Have to keep it far else it increase the room temperature quickly.Should use it in winter.

The best vacuum cleaner
The best one. Worth the money.Superb suction. Little noisy but bearable.One thing is it’s previous version has a simple clamp at the back which will hold the long tube after use and is easily portable. That is missing here.
