Q: Does this plane have ailerons?

This does not have ailerons. Its only a 3 channel. 4 channel planes have ailerons.

Q: How should I balance this plane,where should I balance this plane,and with what should I balance this plane?

The best way to balance is by simply sliding the battery forward or back. Toss the plane like a paper airplane until it glides correctly before flying it with power.

Q: Engine appears skewed and points to left if looking at it head on instead of being centered. Is this normal?

The propeller thrust to the right counters the motor torque to the left. It balances out. Glad the designers accounted for this!

Q: Does this plane have gyro assist? like beginner/intermediate/expert modes?

It DOES have a gyro feature that keeps the plane from going beyond a certain point, or down too steep -- keeping it in a generally level flight -- which is good for beginners preventing them from overdoing maneuvers. But I do not see a way to TURN OFF that feature. Do any of you?
