Since beginning this product, I do feel as though I am having less GI issues.The serving size is 2 tabs per day, and the container contains 60 pills. The cost of 50.00 per container, which will last one month. I'm not sure what other comparable supplements cost, but this just seems a bit high to me.I really do like this product, I'm just not sure I will be able to afford it.

Im still on the 1 per day schedule. Replaces other kind of fiber such as prunes, pears, physillium seeds etc. Three weeks in, works great.

I just had a sinus surgery and infection, and the doctor prescribed me a regimen of anti-bionics, which really messed up my gut health. Anti-bionics are great, they do a much needed job, but they do kill the good bacteria with the bad. When your gut health is compromised, it affects your whole body. So, I ordered these Zive 7 supplements to rebuild my gut microbiome. They have got all of the important ensymes and herbs to do the job. I've been taking them for a about two weeks now and my digestion has improved, and I'm more regular now with less cramping. I believe i may need to take them for another 4-6 weeks to get the full benefit and fully rebuild my good gut bacteris. So far so good.

i ordered this supplement to help improve the health of my liver, kidney and to help deal with my blood sugar issues. all the other benefits were jsut a plus to me. first off, the capsules are small enough to swallow and each tub contains 30 servings of 2 capsules. ingredients consist of magnesium, and three blends. i've taken this supplement for about a week so far and it's hard to tell if it's working as these type of supplements usually takes a few months of constant use to show results. so far i've noticed that my gut is not as sensitive as it use dto be, probably due to the pro and pre biotics. as for my liver and kidney, i'm not sure if it had any effect so far, but i'm hopeful that this supplement will work on improving the health of both my liver and kidney. overall, it seems like this supplement is heading in the right direction and only time will tell if every claim is proven.
